| 11:29 pm - Arc Drum Claw My dad seems ok, but lying down on the hospital bed…he seemed so defeated. I'm not sure if that's an aspect of him I've never noticed before, or if the ordeals of the day were finally affecting him, but it was very saddening.
We ate in good spirits at Red Lobster. My little sister is too cute. And to think, there will be yet another sibling to come. Current Music: Aimee Mann - Highway on Sunday 51

| 06:13 pm - A Way to Escape My dad's condition is not indicative of a cardiac problem, but he has strange EKG readings? My mom was trying to explain it over her cell phone but she kept fading in and out. In any case, they don't think its a severe problem, but they're keeping him for observation. Fun fun.
Time to go take the children out to eat, then pick up Nicole, or vice versa…I'm not sure. Today has been a blur. Current Music: Muse - Map of your Head

| 12:48 pm - In other news My father was accepted to the hospital this morning because of cardiac problems. There's a 90% chance that they'll have to keep him overnight, and there's also a good chance that there will be surgery involved sometime in the near future.
So, suffice to say we're watching my siblings today, for an indefinite amount of time.

| 12:45 pm - Joke Yes, it was an April Fools Day prank. I'm not really suspended, there was no illegal doings, certainly no "upheaval" in the LiveJournal Abuse Team. ("I did nothing wrong!")
It started out on IRC in our LiveJournal Support Volunteer's chatroom with a tidbit of staged drama, but then the folks over at http://www.ljdrama.org/ were staging something similar, so we let them in on our joke, they let us in on theirs, and http://www.livejournal.us ' Mclane becamse involved as well.
The important thing to remember is that no one was suspended without their consent. julianbashir formally wrote into the abuse team to request a prank suspension, and the LJ Drama moderators actually only created fake styles for their journals that made them appear to be suspended. The suspended members of the abuse team knew full well that their accounts would be suspended.
I'm sorry if we've upset you.

| 10:20 pm - I really like this song. We bought a washer and dryer at Sears today. Good stuff. $900 after rebates and discounts, $320 in total tonight (~$600 on our new Sears card).
I'm somewhat upset that Nicole doesn't have a higher credit rating, but in hindsight its probably better that her credit limits are so low, because it makes it harder to get in debt. I, on the other hand, have no credit to speak of, so I'll take what I can get. Although, I keep getting offers for Visa platinum business cards and phone calls from Discover. Blah.
Nicole is stressing out about the $900 total, but I think she's starting to realize that most of the bill was punted on credit. Our next big issue is taxes, but we should be covered. Then in May we're planning a trip back down to Florida, the bulk of which depends on obtaining a better vehicle. So much to plan, so much life to live. Current Music: Muse - Space Dementia
