I stumbled across this fun little free online game a short while ago, and I think a lot of you will get a kick out of it. You get to play a vampire and drink as much blood as you can sink your fangs into ;-)

Recovery

Just a quick note to update everyone on how I am going. I have been home from hospital for a few weeks now, and am slowly recovering from 3 major abdominal surgeries. I spent 5 weeks in hospital, had several blood transfusions, and was extremely ill for the majority of my stay there - my surgeon actually expected it would be at least 3-4 months before I would be well enough to go home! Thankfully a lot of positive thinking and support from friends and loved ones helped me recover sufficiently to go home a lot sooner than that.

Over the past few weeks that I have been resting and recouperating, things have been uncertain as to whether I would require further surgery or not. Fortunately all is looking much better now, and while the doctors haven't given any guarantees (do they ever?), enough time has passed that I am out of the immediate "danger zone", and I am feeling a lot more confident that the whole horrible ordeal is behind me now.

My inbox is backed up considerably, and I have thousands (literally!) of emails to respond to. It is going to be a very long process catching up on the backlog, so please do not feel neglected if it takes several weeks to reply to you all. Once I have caught up on the email backlog, I will begin with site updates once more. I look forward to getting everything tidied up and moving along again.

Lastly, a big thankyou to all of you have have supported this site by your continued visits during my absence. I hope to get a chance to catch up with you all sometime soon :-)

Gothic-Rose has been taken extremely ill and having gone under 2 unexpected operations, is likely to be recuperating in hospital for some time.

Due to the this unfortunate turn of events no e-mails will be answered, or even read for some months. Several services on this web site will also be temporarily suspended until her health improves.
