[09 Apr 2004|01:06am] the end of the year is nearing and i'm contemplating leaving the country. last semester there were only 2 exams to do. only 2 worries on my mind. but this time things get personal. now there are 5. i guess you sort of ask for it when you sign up to be a science major, but in a way you still expect some sort of loop hole or short cut that can be taken to success. then you quickly learn there is no such thing and all you have is your head, your determination, your motivation and yourself. so only a week left. it'll all be over soon. i hope. x_x post comment

[30 Mar 2004|10:13pm] [ mood | say what! ] [ music | U2 - Where the streets have no name ] Uff.. It has been a while. Time flies by when you're having fun (or not). Lots of news. New glasses!, new earrings, new job prospects, new month rolling by, new rain coat. So. Sunday I became the owner of a snazzy new raincoat. It is most lovely and a perfect bargain, considering the fact that today actually rained. Coincidence.... or fate?! Dun dun dun. The color is the snazziest though - light beige. Oh-so classy. It goes perfectly with the earrings my lovely friend gave me, from the Dominican Republic none-the-less. After 2 years of dancing in the dark I've also taken action and bought some new glasses. Blue frames and all. Who could resist? Not even my lovely puppy chow. Protector of the computer (he sits atop). I think they suit him well. 7 comments|post comment

[04 Mar 2004|01:26am] [ mood | tired ] [ music | Opa opa ] Yes it's been a while, I've been silent, but only because the concepts of evolution that I am studying are not much to write about. March is my favorite month. 2 of my closest people celebrate their birthdays, on St Patrick's day its filled with green goodness, school is slowly coming to an end and the winter weather is finally starting to clear up. Days seem to be rolling by a lot faster now. In a way its good but the whole concept of exams approaching cancels out that point of view. As usual I've been busy but have continued on with my slothful ways. There's been drama, there's been laughs and smiles and gossiping. A change of pace with the changes of the weather.
