Mood theme editing will be broken for a little while; we're working on resolving it. Though changes may appear to be saved, they are not.

Many Internet Service Providers are blocking LiveJournal comment email as "spam". If you are not receiving your comment emails, please see Where are my comment notification emails? for further information, and then contact your email provider.
If you are opening a Support request regarding your journal or friends page not appearing to update properly, please clear your browser cache before opening a request and see if that resolves the problem.
