I forgot about this site but then went looking for it yesterday. Glad it's still up. Check it out.
Guess I have to give credit to FutureFarmers who turned me on to it originally.

What Microsoft Understands |
[23 Feb 2003|05:53pm] |
The following is a bit of mangling that the Microsoft speech recognition feature in Office XP did to some stuff I was saying(this was after 2 training sessions)

Shake shit in a housing initiative
At the end I was seeing how many of Microsoft's adversaries it would recognize and how many words it would "misinterpret" as the proper names of major corporations. I didn't spend much time though. Will try again later.
My favorite line is this:
"Check chitchat Clinton around a billion yen in the main black baby back Spanish 80 one zero really a changing Jacqueline"
Wow, that sounds cool if you say it with a jive accent. And, man, I found a new way to say that something is really cool. "Well, that shakes shit in a housing initiative!" Damn!
Cut up is dead. Anyone know where Gaidar is?

YooHoo |
[23 Feb 2003|12:32pm] |
Why didn't Yahoo call their instant messenger YooHoo? That would've been awesome! Cause that's exactly what it's like when you get an IM. Like someone saying Yoooo Hooooo.....
Then their slogan could be "Do you Yahoo YooHoo? Do you? What? Yahoo Yoohoo. Who? You. Oh, yeah. I Yahoo YooHoo. Oh, me too."
Maybe too many legal issues with that fucking drink company.
