1. Present your Top 20 Dining Club Card when ordering a main entree and receive one additional
entree of equal or lesser value FREE. (Not to exceed limitations and restrictions set by restau-
rants). Offer does not include beverage, appetizers, desserts, other a la carte menu items, or tax.

2. The Top 20 Dining Club Card is not valid on holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Labor Day, and local graduation dates.

3. The Top 20 Dining Club Card is not good with other special offers or coupons.

4.* Restrictions for a participating restaurant are listed on your Top 20 Card and below. Please know them before presenting your Top 20 Card.

5. A 15% gratuity will be automatically added to the gross amount of the check.

6. Your Top 20 Dining Club card becomes valid December 1, 2003 and expires November 30, 2004. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. No refunds or replacements will be given.

7. If a restaurant ceases business or for some reason discontinues Top 20 Club participation, no replacement restaurants can be guaranteed or refunds given.
