Northeast Summit

Shift The Power: Students Act for Clean Energy and Climate Justice

The Shift the Power summit was a great success! Students traveled from across the Northeast to network, train, and hear incredible leaders such as Ross Gelbspan, author of The Heat Is On, State Senator Jarrett Barrios, and Cindy Luppi from Clean Water Action. Student leaders, including Ariele Foster and Sunyoung Yang (Climate Justice Corps), Dave Carhart (SEAC), Billy Parish (Climate Campaign), Lindsey Farnsworth (Brandeis Clean Energy Campaign), led sessions sharing their experiences organizing as well. Pictures coming soon! Check out the Agenda

Please contact Laura to get involved in any of the EnviroCitizen clean energy and climate justice campaigns. Bring them to your campus and make students a driving force toward success.

Thank you also to our sponsors, trainers, speakers, interns, volunteers, and all those who helped to make the summit a success.
