Green Presidential Candidates to Debate in Minnesota
02.03.04 - MINNEAPOLIS --- The University of Minnesota College Greens, the Green Party of Minnesota, and the 5th Congressional District Greens are sponsoring a debate of the Green Party Candidates for President.

The debate will be held Monday, February 16th from 7 to 9 PM at the Coffman Union Theatre on the University of Minnesota Campus, 300 Washington Ave. S.E., Minneapolis. Candidates David Cobb and Kent Mesplay have confirmed their participation.

Elizabeth Dickinson 2003 Election Results
The 2003 election season gave a handful of new candidates and the Green Party of Minnesota new exposure to voters in Duluth, St Paul and St Cloud. Duluth voted to keep Green Party incumbent City Councilmember, Russ Stewart in his seat, and the first ever Green candidate for St. Paul City Council collected 22% of the vote in her ward.
