[29 Jan 2004|11:37am] heartofhate Beyond Redemption Beyond Redemption is a dark Harry Potter RPG set in their seventh year, with a unique plot twist: the game is based in St. Mungo's. As stated before, it is a dark group, with themes of death, mental disorder, rape, war, etc. So take that into consideration before applying. ALSO be warned that although we are a liberal group who invite you to interpret your characters how you please to some extent, we are very strict in one area: Posting. Weekly reminders are posted, and there are regular expulsions for failure to meet the two week deadline without contacting the mod with a reason to extend the time. [12 Jan 2004|08:13am] heartofhate Beyond Redemption We are a dark and sexually themed Harry Potter RPG set in the gang's seventh year. It is slightly AU, and also we allow our players to take twists with their characters, and interpret them how they choose, so long as they play well, characterize well, and are dedicated and consistent. We have no determined age limit, though over sixteen is preferable. But if the mod feels that you cannot handle the content you will be expelled from the community. We have one major twist that makes us different from other such RPGs. Hogwarts has fallen, as has the Ministry and the rest of the civilized wizarding world. Voldemort is dead, as is Dumbledore. Yet still the chaos continues without the dark lord. Lucius Malfoy has taken his place, and is slowly gathering the Death Eater force once more. Left with nothing, the order resorts to moving the survived children left to the last undestroyed sanctuary. St. Mungo's. Among the disturbed and insane they must prepare themselves for another attack, which may come any day. Minds are snapping quickly under the stress, and the dangerous thought lingers in many minds....Will a new Dark Lord arise from this troubled, battered group of angry teens? We try to keep the characters true to their spirit, but we make them our own. So feel free to use a bit of creative license. Our community is just starting up, but already active. We have a school newspaper started, and have already started RP'ing almost daily on AIM as well. We seek members who can cooperate and feel at home in our RP. You see, Malfoy and I, (askdraco) have decided to take part in a bit of a friendly, (on my part anyways) competition, to see who can gain the most friends by the end of October.
