9:36 pm	Walking Home I walked home from work today. I trudged through the rain which seemed non-existant to most. The sun, as it began to set, hid all traces of the grey that I saw lingering in the air. I heard your voice the whole way home. Over the crash of the thunder you told me you loved me, and you told me we would never be. Though raindrops flooded my face, I saw your smile one last time. I didn't know what to think or do, so I kept walking. I thought of songs that reminded me of you. How words were created and sung in a melody that portrayed my exact feelings. I also thought how they couldn't compare at all. And as I kept walking, I thought about daisies. I thought about how they would look on your porch, welcoming you home. I thought about the smile of yours that won't quit. And after blocking out the stench of the rain, I smelled your hair again. And as I got home, I came to terms with reality yet again. Sure, it was sunny, hot, and no, you weren't really there. I walked home from work today....at least from the car to my house. (Comment on this)
9:12 pm	AMPHETAMINES "Phone me tell me that you're waiting By the phone for me to phone you Once in a while" - Eve 6 Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning for the last 5 months, I wrote the quotes from songs that circled my head in my Calculus notebook. sometimes only a few words, or maybe a few pages, but its something I haven't done in a while. Sometimes me and the music seem to make too much sense, so I thought I would write it down somewhere. Peace. (Comment on this)
