A 39-year-old truck driver was eastbound on Interstate 76 on Jan. 23 when another truck driver tried to force him into a highway wall. The driver told police that the other driver drove up beside him and told him to ``eat wall'' over the CB radio before swerving over toward him, hitting his truck's mirror and pushing it back.

David C. E. Rutter Sr., 33, of 221 Starr Ave. was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana, fictitious plates and possession of criminal tools on Jan. 27 in the 1300 block of South Water Street. He was stopped for expired tags belonging to another car and was found to be in possession of marijuana and a digital scale.
