I have been looking for pizzelle at Italian bakeries with no success. I was in the cookie aisle of Fortinos (For Ginos) last night, and they had pizzelle! I should have known that Fortinos would never let me down.

I finally found the rubbermaid bin that holds rolls of wrapping paper and has a compartment for tape and scissors and ribbon and things. I have wanted this thing for over a year, but could never find it. I have lots of gift wrapping stuff.

Scott had to go to the vet and get a cream for Mackenzie's surgical wound, and a lampshade collar for her to wear. I am so evil because putting a collar on Mackenzie amuses me greatly. She will be very angry. I will take many pictures.

Mackenzie is doing better.

She was so passive last night when we gave her her pills, she must have still been drugged up. She was much more resistant to pill taking today.

I finally got a good look at her chest, and her gash is huge, and she is missing a nipple.

They are sending the tissue to a pathologist to see what kind of cncer it is. I don't see what difference it makes. I just hope that is the end of the cancer.

I found Scott's junior high yearbook yesterday, and it was hilarious. For some reason, half the pictures are sideways and upside down. I think they were trying to be creeee8tiv. Anyways, everyone I know like John, Aden, and Graeme look exactly the same.

I also found it very humourous that approximately half the boys had mullets! When I was that age, I didn't know anyone with a mullet. Also, half the girls had bad hair, bitch flips, and bad perms, etc. I don't understand why there are so many kids with bad hair in one school. It's odd, but entertaining.

I tried fixing it, and it didn't work. This is making me angry.

What the hell happened to my last entry? I had it broken into neat paragraphs, like I have been trying to do lately so my entries are easier to read. then I posted, and it is all in one big clump. I could go back and fix it, but hopefully it will work.

I get a massage tomorrow. It's covered by our insurance. I am one happy woman.

We just finished painting the baby's room. Tomorrow, we paint the trim yellow, and do a second coat of green on the walls. It already looks so good.
Does anyone have any suggestions for decorating the baby's room?
I'm thinking maybe some kind of nice wallpaper trim and maybe some other stuff to put on the wall. Not sure what.

We just bought some paint from Sears. We're going to paint our room and the baby's room. If that goes well, we're going to go back and pick out some paint for the living room/dining room. I love painting.

I have a disproportionate abmount of livejournal friends whose real name is Scott. In real life, I only know one Scott.

I saw a woman breastfeeding today at the Bean Bar. It made happy.

I think the deaths of Donald O'Connor and Elia Kazan are more sad than the recent deaths of Johnny Cash, John Ritter, maytag guy, etc, but I am hardly hearing anything about it.

They finally brought grocery gateway to my area. I am so excited. I used it in Kitchener, and I loved it. I can't wait to use it.

Yesterday, I had a doctor's appt. Well, nurse practitioner anyways. I hate pap tests so much. IT wasn't as bad as my last one, which left me in pain for days.

We got to hear the baby's heartbeat. It was 150. Apparently, heartbeats over 140 usually mean a girl. I hope so. I can't wait to go for my next ultrasound. Hopfully, they will able to determine the gender.

Our new dinette set came today. I spent the day putting the table and chairs together. I wanted to surprise Scott because he usually puts stuff together. Now, my hands hurt lots. I feel like I am getting callouses already. Bah to that.
