IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Some users may experience problems with LiveJournal's text messaging service, due to a number of recent changes. The text messaging team is working on resolving these problems.
Currently, LiveJournal's email servers are under heavy load. This is the cause of email comment delay. Server administrators are working to resolve the issue.
Users of some web browsers are reporting problems with the XColibur site layout displaying improperly. Until site developers are able to resolve this problem, you may wish to change your site layout options.
Many Internet Service Providers are blocking LiveJournal comment email as "spam". If you are not receiving your comment emails, please see Where are my comment notification emails? for further information, and then contact your email provider.
If you are opening a Support request regarding your journal or friends page not appearing to update properly, please clear your browser cache before opening a request and see if that resolves the problem.
