I'm from Spain, and here we calculate calories by 100g of whatever, instead of 1 cup of it, so...How many grams are in a cup? It's a silly question, I know.

I specially want to know how many grams are a cup of Textured Vegetable Protein. I know its 224 cals per cup but, how do I measure it? Can I use any cup? how many grams are a cup? Agh.

I hope you can help me.
Thanks :)

Today, as Tracey Gold likes to call it, was a food-free day. No food. No appetite, no need, empty, beautiful. Of course my mom made chicken soup with veggies and that looked and smelled great when I got home. I had one coffee and I'm having a decafe tea and I have a glass of caffine free diet coke.

My new plan: dinner and only dinner.
I gained weight this week and I feel it in my face and thighs. I HATE when you can feel it... It gives me the shivers. I can't stop cutting.

hmmm. SO- that liquid fast she was on during that interview (so open, eh?) does anyone know about it or a recipe that might be similar to that one. I know she listed what is in teh drink but she didn't say how much. Also, at the end when she says she feels "cracked out", I'm not sure how to take that... someone explain.

Look at all the "sicles". And including my 2 1/2 cups of coffee with some sweatner, thats a shit load of aspartame (none in my yogurt btw, SOURCE yogurt) I really don't want to be bloated :( If I have gained anything tomorrow I am going to be very unhappy.
