Bill O'Reilly's early:

A few weeks ago, I opined that partisan journalism was getting out of control in America and that ideological fanaticism was badly damaging journalistic standards because in some cases facts were being altered to fit the agendas of certain reporters and commentators.

Bill you idiot! Today's March 29th, April fools isn't for a few days yet! I don't know if they published your column early or you just got the dates mixed up but if you don't do something about this people are going to think you're a giant hypocrite.

What makes O'Really's comments even more poignant is that this meeting (which Eric Alterman likely attended and reported on) occurred when all of the pundits were urging Kerry to abandon his candidacy. The folks meeting with him didn't think he was going to be the nominee in early December. O'Really is just using 20-20 hindsight, since he firmly believed in early December Dubya would be facing a different opponent. Too bad big bad Bill hasn't spent more time asking Dubya just where those WMDs disappeared to and what he's gonna tell the widowed spouse or parents of a deceased trooper? The stank of Bill's panic is searing.

Chad, what makes you think it hasn't? You've fallen through a worm hole, and wound 324 level of the Abyss. In all honesty, one of the better levels, but if you don't watch out you could slip further down.

I heard this the other day, and in O'Reilly's case, the fit is near perfect.

He's got Irish Amnesia! The only thing he can remember is a grudge.
