CRIA's membership is comprised of the major record companies, leading independent labels, and all manufacturers of compact discs and tapes. In all, they represent in excess of 95% of the sound recordings that are manufactured and sold in Canada.

CRIA members invest in excess of $50 million annually in the careers of Canadian artists and in the creation, production and distribution of their music. For those of us who love music, it is a highly rewarding process, but it is also a high risk to continue to develop new artists and new music. More than anything it needs YOUR support. An artists’ career is a fragile commodity. Please support the music and artists you love while they are still here for you to enjoy.
