Sorry, not posting much of value again this evening.

My excuse tonight might be nominally better than last evening: I'm doing contract work.

Yeesh.

I really need to get a life.  After he'd finished the taxes this afternoon, hubby called and asked whether I'd care to have a couple green beers with friends after work this evening.  I left the client's office, managed to squeeze in 15 minutes at the pub, drink 1/3 of a nasty low-carb beer (darling hubby bought it for me, thinking I'd be happier with that than a shell of green beer), then out the door to go pick up the kids at the after-school program.  Then back to crunching on this contract stuff.

Sad, really, I couldn't even take the time to savor a real beer.

And I'm now going to the basement to throw in a load of kids' jeans in the dryer, a load of towels in the washer, and iron some slacks for tomorrow.

Wonder if I can get that all done in 10 minutes so I can hit the hay at 11:00 pm EST?
