dragoncelt's LJ stalker is cinsangel! | cinsangel is stalking you because they think you are the one who made anonymous abusive LJ comments. They are also deluded! |
LJ Stalker FinderFrom Go-Quiz.comBut...it wasn't me, really, Cins! Promise! Been making new icons just because I wanted some. Only three, really. I would love it if some of my lj friends wanted to make me an icon. It doesn't have to be any particular theme, it'd just be fun for some random icons. Anyway, just a thought.

ORANGE RANGE - «Ó«Ð¡Ú«úÇë¯ |
] |
grr...
Okay, I hate our toilet...it constantly overflows...and this morning it flows right onto the floor. And now my mom's pissed at me because she says "Don't you know what the old peanut container is for? When you flush, you pour water down the middle to make it flush!" Right, never told me and it seems a bit daft to be adding water to a toilet that's vomiting water all over the floor anyways. And so now she's furious at me. And I'm furious back, what IS her deal?
I need to calm down. In two months, I'll be gone anyways. Away from home with it's vomiting toilets and snarling harpies and bedrooms that are ten degrees warmer than the rest of the house. And it could always be worse. *nods*
My chin's all sore. I have some major pressure built up...fluid of some sort, but it won't surface so it can heal. Sounds like a metaphor. Hmm.
Ah well, the real cure is to listen to anime music very loudly. Yup yup. *turns up Orange Range and jams*

I'm home. It's been *ponder* 7am till 1am, um, yeah, 18 hours straight in the car, minus potty breaks and a long lunch and the occassional gas break. Excluding my mom and uncle who don't really care for Harry Potter (communists) and put on their own walkmans, we've been listening to Harry Potter: Order of the Phoenix. That made for a better trip, I'm tellin' ya. I still miss the whole Searcher And Stallion thing we used to do with these trips, but Harry Potter is still cool and dad really likes Jim Dale, the guy who does the reading.
I'm kind of pooed from the big long drive of doom and tomorrow is Fast Sunday which means I fast and have to get up to get to church at 10am and I get Shigure, my fishie back.
Whoosh, I need a tired icon, because I tend to be very tired sometimes. Maybe.

Saw Phantom of the Opera today. It's good enough to have given me chills for a straight 15 minutes and then intermittently from then on. Brrr...good stuff. Costumes rocked, stage rocked, acting rocked, singing...er...sorry man. I don't buy the extensive vibratto crap. It sounds like you're trying too hard. Just let it flow, don't shake your voice like an alcoholic stepfather abusing his son. Bad. Be nice to your voice. But everything else was delightful and everyone was so prissy and fussy and dressy. I wore tennis shoes with black pants and longsleeved shirt. Take that. Oh, and I got a Phantom shirt. And a pin for my mum, sis, and me. Yay! Fun times...my favorite song...well, it's the title of the post. Though I also love Music Of The Night. And the theatrics, woo! Awesome.
My sis was kind of a pill today...but, meh, that's just her.
Heh, mom got my bro the most awesome tie. It's an LDS tie, so if you haven't read the Book of Mormon, you won't get it...however, it's covered in Nephites, with their headplates, shields, swords and armor. It's all over this tie, these smirking, snazzy Nephites. Then, at the bottom of the tie is one itty bitty nervous-looking Lamanite in loincloth and headdress, clutching a spear. It was the most hilarious tie. And I found it...well, I found the Lamanite. XD
Dang, I was so tired today that it put me into a depressive state. But I'll be fine when I get home, I just have to make it.
I make no sense, but this laptop keyboard ticks me off, I can't type well on it and it's making me sound like a drunk fisherman. :p ah well, later.

Gosh it's so cold here. I've been sleeping on the floor in the basement and between my mom and dad competing in the snorelympics, I also have to deal with having all my warmth sucked away from me. I like being cool when I sleep so I can get warm and toasty under my blankets, but this is a bit much. Brr. But regardless, I still sleep and last night, I had a marvelous dream of fighting orcs and being married to Aragorn. Random...but delightful.
And you know what I had said about my Uncle Robert? I have new stuff and it ain't good. For one thing, he's loud. He laughs like he's on stage and has to impress everyone. He acts as if he's some sort of alien from outerspace as opposed to from Europe. "Oh, look, a music store where they sell drums and guitars!" Not precisely retarded but a bit irritating. And he's also taken it upon himself to be bossy. I was trying to get the dog to shove over on the car trip here and he told me to shut up. Uh, right, none of YOUR business, buddy. Ugh, I don't like him now, just no tolerance. So I've ignored him. Completely. You know you've ticked me off if I pay NO attention to you.
Ah well, moving on. I went to see purplerebecca yesterday...y'know, my parents thought you were really cool. So did I...I had an awesome time. Too bad we didn't get to see ALL of Spirited Away, but it was awesome to have someone to accompany me as I squeaked and squealed over Haku (yup, I do squeal and squeak over anime guys). When I move, you and whatever friends like Spirited Away are free to come over and have a Miyazaki film fest where I'll show you the ones they DON'T have here. And some that they do and I don't like the translation of, like Nausicaa and etc. :p Um, yeah...I'm all for moving here now. ^^;
And on a final note, I'm seriously going to have to see the doctor about this rash all over. Bah. Nasty. Okay, that was a little piece of TMI but oh well. Time to shower.
Kirstin out.

there is really little I love in the summer than snowcones. Oh yesss, lovely sugary treats of syrup, this one's Mountain Berry and it's so lovely...a little sweet. *sips at her water*
I have a Friday's Five to answer. ^_^ I like Friday Fives.
1. What is your favorite childhood memory? Playing Star Wars with my childhood pals, Curtis and Joel. My sister got to be the princess and I was a trooper (Christina would whine if she didn't get to be the Princess). Always a ton of fun. 2. If you could be reincarnated as anything besides human, who would you want to be? A lion. Not lioness, a lion. The women catch the deer, I get to eat first, and I don't have to compete for mates unless I'm a young lion and even then it's not that hard to get my own harem going. ;D 3. If you had to start your life all over, what are three things you would change? I would not allow myself to sink into the depths of gullibility. I would not allow myself to be cowed. I would work harder to remember people's names and faces longer. 4. If you had to forget everything in your life, except one thing, what would it be? My faith. It can take me greater heights than I can imagine, I cannot forget it. 5. Do you have a lucky charm? Well, actually, the only luck it gives me is a cold the day after I wear it...that thing being a little gypsy bell bracelet I got at the Ren Fest. It doesn't matter when I wear it, I tend to get a cold the very next day. It's not hard to tell why it's been a long time since I've donned the lovely thing.

Today my little bro turns 18. I've got him a really awesome origami book and had to get expensive pretty origami paper to go with it, PLUS Neon Genesis Evangelion manga volume 8. Dad's b-day is tomorrow, he turns...52? 54? I forget...but I got him Gregorian Chants, the Anniversary edition. ^^ He'll love that.
Um, and I'm working on the rest of my to-do list. *sigh* all the fun stuff out of the way, now for the tedium.
Oooh, bro got Soul Calliber 2!

The Joy Luck Club
In many ways, it turned the light on my mother. The book was of daughters and mothers whose different cultures put a large rift between them. But it seemed so much like the mothers were absolute strangers to these daughters. My mother, she is not a stranger to me. But in many ways, I don't understand her. Why is she? The book said that I wasn't the only one who did not know why about my mother. There are others and mothers have just as hard a time understanding.
When Ina talks with me, now that she is in Nauvoo with my sis, there's a brightness in her voice...I think even darling beloved sister is grating on mommy's nerves. I'm not half as demanding as the girlchild.
It's over an hour later that I've finished this. Aye me. TKD was awesome...Mr. Pepper was amused by my tales of Kakashi-san's pervyness. He has two vhs and one dvd ses he. And one's The Last Samurai. Heh. He liked it that much. I liked it, but, it was so...American. I don't know, it's America's take on Japan or something. It was awesome, yes, but not earthshaking like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Aye me.
Must practice Songham 5.
