We had band practice yesterday. So far so good. We got like 4 songs down, and they sound ok. We have 3 gigs coming up soon. We are also gonna return to the studio in a couple of weeks to do a split with Rag time. Hopefully that will turn out good.
Hung out with Karla on Wednesday. Went to Buffalo Exchange. Met some guy who works there who told me that he use to play with Duane Peters and The Huns and some other band. He was pretty loud.

We had band practice yesterday. So far so good. We have like a couple new songs that sound the same, but after adding the vocals, they sounded totally different and much better. Anyway, I had my day off today. I'm enjoying it. It would be much better if Karla would be here though.

Oh so Friday fucking rocked. We headed to the Troubadour to see the Partisans.......Great Fucking Show!!! Lots of songs I wanted to hear. Voids were good too, litmus green played a short set do to the fact that their bass player was taking his sweet ass time. The Generators were pretty good too, they rocked the crowed when they covered "runnin riot". We got to drink before we went in. After the show couple of fights broke out outside.
Saturday we ( the whole band Karla and I) all went to Inland Invasion. Oh my, so many good bands with some shit popping bands together in one day. Well that day sucked cuz of the heat. It was so fucking hot, but other than that GBH, Buzzcocks, X, The Damned, Sex pistols, and I know I'm forgetting a couple more, were fucking great!!!... There are other bands not even worth mentioning. Distillers were an embarrassment, not because of what they have turn into, but because of the sound. Anyway I don't wanna make this shit too long, and I'm too lazy to go back and spell check so, I'm out......Oh yeah, buncha white power scum fucks walking around with their white power tattoos and what not. Some of them got hurt, heh heh.

Yeah I'm back from the San Francisco trip. I got home round 4 this morning. It was a lot of fun. Minor set backs, but we had fun. The only thing that sucked was the weather. It was way too hot during the day. I'm tired right now. I'll write bout our trip in the next post, and maybe share couple of pics.

Later on tonight, Karla and I are taking off to San Francisco. Gotta get my shit together after work..... Last night I ended up going to bed around 12:30 a.m. My dad called around 11:45 from church, his hippie van had broken down, so my mom and I went to pick him up in my sisters van. Our gig got canceled on Saturday. So just stayed home sleeping. On Sunday Karla gave me the 2 pillow cases she made for me. One red and white stripes, and the other one leopard print. They are really nice, she made a good job. Thank you hot stuff!!!.... There is something wrong with my eye, its kinda swollen and my chest pains are still persistent. Don't know whats wrong. Anyway, I gotta go to work....

So after work met up with Karla and my friends and left to the troubadour. We drank before leaving, so when I got there I was kinda buzz. Oxymoron was fucking awsome (maybe cuz it was my first time seeing them), but still, it was a GOOD fucking show. Pistol grip was good too. They always are. Partisans in a few weeks!!! Ran into gnatty, Ammmorette, and Jackie, and some guy who was trying to hit on Amy. Haa haa he was so drunk.
