All is well at the Ream residence.
Everyone from the Bank is OK, same with the people from CargoKids.
Mom/Scoop/Brooke are doing fine. Lost the pool cage and some of the roof. Aestetic damage only is my understanding, so no leaks.

Everyone else in the "Sunshine" state doing OK?
(Dumb question, I know. If they're not doing OK I don't think they'd be checking LJ to be able to respond to that. But oh-well.)

It's bugging me." . .. ... .... ..... ...... In the paper the next day): A motorcycle had crashed into a building because of brake failure. Two people were on it, but only one survived. The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his brakes broke, but he didn't want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him & felt her hug 1 last time, then had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die. If there is anyone in life you love this much, please repost this.

The fact that you have gone as long as you have without a word to me, and then chose this type of comment to place in my journal really saddens me.

Whatever transpired that ended our talking, I regret. However, I have worked very hard to bring positive things into my life. And this being my personal journal, I do not have to allow such negative comments. Yes, I made a public post - HOWEVER - I made a public post in my PERSONAL journal. It being my personal journal, I get to decide what influences I want it to have. So, I am sorry to have to delete this comment. It is not that I am trying to censor what you have the right to say...more that I just won't have such negative things around me. Especially not when there is nothing positive provided to balance it.

If you want to analyze life like that, then you have every right to do so - and be my guest. I have gotten to a point in my life, rather, where sentiment and ideas are often just as important as other things. If you can't appreciate that, well - that's just fine. If that is the case, it's only a few mouse clicks to remove me from your LJ friends list and you not have to bother reading any of the other dribble I may post.

Not to mention, a motorcycle doesn't take too very long to stop by itself, sans brakes, as you can kick it out of gear and it'll just slow down..no matter how much gas is being fed into it (and that's assuming the throttle is stuck, too.) Motorcycles (99% of them, anyway) are manual transmissions."

Legalistic? Ok. I like rules. I just don't like to follow them. I do view most issues as black and white. "It is, or it ain't." But at the sametime, I realize there are many different questions being asked. It's the phrasing of the question, not so much the answer, that makes most of the difference.

I fear change as much as I fear breaking a rule. Right.
I don't fear change...I dislike a lot of change. But breaking rules...I think we all know I enjoy breaking a lot of rules. My own personal rules, on the otherhand, I (try) to follow as closely as I can.

The fullness of Grace escapes everyone until they are presented face-to-face with God at the end of their physical journey. So yeah, I'd agree.
