Okay, Im just about half way there (tomorrow will be my half way mark). I did REALLY good the first week and lost 8 pounds. This week was not so good. I didn't loose any weight at all this week. So, the last two weeks of my 28 day plan I am really going to make an effort. :) I'd really like to loose another 5-10 pounds in the next two weeks. I hope that isnt too far fetched. Wish me luck everyone. I know that if I just work really hard for the last two weeks I will thank myself later.

So, my name's Sarah and I'm 17. Right now I weigh 172 pounds. My 28 day goal is 8 pounds. So, I'll be at 164. My long term goal is 120. I'm short, 5'2", so I think that it's possible. Can't wait to start.

i think i drank enough water to last me 3 days in the past few hours. whoa. i think i went over my cals today, just by a little...i hate that. otherwise today was pretty uneventful. worked out, filled out some forms at my new job, and then hung around my house. and right now we have a mini-party going on...which is....intriguing, to say the least. anyway, i'm going to get back to that, because my uncle when drunk is just hilarious.

[Didn't do all the great yesterday, as you can see. Ate a lot of candy because I went to the movies. But I also took a walk/bike ride so, I got lots of exersize.]

Food: 2/2 (791 calories so far. I might have some fruit or something later to bring it up a little higher. I feel kinda bad though because I got a bagel from Dunkin' Donut this morning and there are 400 calories and 71 carbs in that.)

For dinner tonight, there was nothing decent in the kitchen besides leftover Chinese food and some pop tarts. Great. So I put some tuna in a bowl (chunk light albacore, I think it's called... either way it's got 70 cals and not fat) without mayo (ewck) and crumbled in half of a matzoh cracker (70 cals again, no fat) and then threw in some celery (negligible amount of cals) to make a filling, low fat, tuna-matzoh-celery salad. I know it sounds weird, disgusting, and bland, but the matzoh added flavor because it was the "everything" flavor.

Matzoh really is a great snack... so little calories, and you can put anything on plain flavored matzoh. Jelly is great on it, no fat, and counts as a serving of fruit! Plus, it's crunchy like chips, but it's not greasy or fattening like chips. It's not just an ethnic food, it's yummy.

What I'm most proud of though, is that I had a very tough day, along with "the painters", ahem, and I didn't binge out as usual on chocolate as comfort. I'm breaking away from that, yay!

My swim class is only Monday thru Thursday. For that reason I needed to find an alternative for the three days I have off from school... I figured I'd go back to doing my yoga and maybe the goth workout. I also want to continue my Friday night roller skate in Hollywood with my BF. I also decided I might start doing a light jog on Sundays. But I'm stumped as to what I want to do on Saturdays!
Any ideas...?!

So this is my last day. When all is said and done I lost 8 pounds. I'm now 140 and much much much more toned. I like how I look a lot more. I still have another 10 pounds at least to go. So, I'm taking a two day break today and tomorrow then doing another 28-day kick over at [info]dietvampires. So, thanks for all the support ladies. Good luck to you all!

Hello everyone. I really like the points framework. I once tried to "grade" myself depending on how well I did with various things, but it didn't last long as there was no accountability for it. So I'm happy to start this and use it as accountability. I don't really know exactly how much I weigh, last time I checked I was about 150. If I do this health change well, for a month, I figure I should lose 8-10 pounds and that I would feel it in the way my clothes fit and such. So here goes.

This is the day before I start, because my day was over before I even knew about this place. :)

first off, i lost another pound!! *dances* and secondly, that job interview i had today went really well and i start work on monday!! and because i lack in a car (for the time being), i get to walk to work, and that's about a mile each way...so yay for that excercise! with any luck, working this job may help me lose some weight since i won't be so consumed with the fact that i'm hungry and whatnot, though i've been doing really good and i'm quite proud of myself. :-)
