Challenges will be posted approximately bi-weekly on the weekend. Challenges will remain open indefinitely in that you may always refer to the master list for something to write during the current week if the challenge-of-the-moment does not move you. (Please number any back challenges for memory-tagging purposes.) There is no current limit on drabbles, but one may be assigned pending community growth. 2. All submissions must pertain to the show "Dead Like Me". 3. Submissions must be 100 words. No more, no less. Note: Our sister community, happy_time (run by ![[info]](http://library.vu.edu.pk/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000100A/http/web.archive.org/web/20041103115658im_/http:/=2fstat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} shyday and baba_kibbins), accepts longer developments of our challenges in addition to running their own on Mondays. So don't fear the inability to edit down--just bring them presents! :)4. Drabbles must be posted in new threads and not the comments section of another post. 5. No minors to be written into inappropriate situations. 6. Any drabble challenges containing spoilers will be cut-tagged and given non-spoilery alternatives. Spoilery and/or adult content drabbles should be hidden behind cut tags with text including a warning. Cut tag instructions here. 7. No bashing, hate posts, flaming, spam or pimping here. If you wish to advertise a community, you may email me at dreamtree@livejournal.com and I can send up an announcement flare with the next challenge as appropriate. 8. Posts should be limited to fic and mod posts. There are plenty of discussion forums for DLM, but this is not one of them. You are more than welcome to ask a question attached to a fic submission, but not as a separate post. All community concerns can be addressed with replies to the most recent challenge. Intros can be tacked onto first fics. | |
