Well, once again it has been a while. It happens. Today is Lauren's b-day party and the library w/ Duke and Carrie. Last night they came over...and Jeremy too! And we had fun...and...I stayed totally sober! yay!
Tool concert was good...cuz it was Tool...but, I must say it was not nearly as good as last time. I left a little bit disappointed. Maynard must be like 5'2 or something. He is so tiny.
Peter is crawling around on the keyboard....you silly parakeet.
His full name is Peter Louie Pheobus Barrett/Evans. Hah. No one has a parakeet cooler than I.
Biology still sucks. We went to see Melinda Rudibaugh about that crazy ass teacher and that went OK until she talked to her and Hintze exagerated things a bit and made her class seem so much better than it really is...so I think we might go talk to her agian. And oh yeah...on the last test...the one I studied alot for and actually thought I might have made an A on...I got a fucking 72%....she curved it to an 80%. FUCK YOU. And better yet...she said "You guys need to come ask questions if you don't understand!" And Carrie and I said "Well we did! We stayed after on Tuesday!" And then...(this is the funny part) she said "Yeah! You guys did good!" In all seriousness. hahaha then Carrie said "Oh, really...well I don't know what you consider good....but I definantly don't think it's that." hahaha. She is great.

I got some new LJ Pics. woo! I went to the horse show tonight. It was fun. I miss everyone alot. Oh well. Last night Carrie and Jeremy moved in to the neighborhood and we went to dinner and hung out. Phil drank too much. I drank juuuust enough. Carrie, as usual, drank too much. Anywho. Not alot is new. I got a new mop. That is pretty darn exciting. Ok, bye bye.

Well, my bird jumped into a bowl of ramen the other day. That was kinda funny. He burned his lil toes, but not blistered or anything. His whole bottom side was covered in ramen broth. It was sad, yet cute. Cuz he's Peter, and he's good at that. May I mention again that STP was awesome?! Too late.
Tomorrow is a bio test and then wednesday is an o-chem test.
=( icky. BUT! I am going team penning on Friday with Lauren again. AND!!!!! No school next Monday. I am thinking about going to Tucson then. Who knows. I love long weekends, but I will probably be working if I don't go to Tucson.
Tool is quickly approaching. This is quite joyous for me. BUT I WOULD BE PARTICULARLY JOYED IF I GOT MY EFFIN OPIATE CD BACK! I think I will burn a copy from Carrie tonight while we study. We will be studying hard, I am sure. Hah.

I am not going to Tucson on Saturday anymore. But, I am going to Stone Temple Pilots w/ Phil, Diana and Carrie. I am wayyyy excited. Tickets were pretty damn cheap too! Oh and I'm going to Tool on November 19th. YAY again! Well...that's about it...ya know...besides all the other normal crap. Bye!

I got my bird a "happy hut". It is cute. He is cute and he isnt mad at me anymore. Saturday I guess I am going to Tucson. Wowsers. We are gonna look at the barn, and at townhouses, and just see what area I do NOT want to be in. My bird is like...cleaning me. Its cute. Oh and I need a bigger bird cage. Anyone have a good sized bird cage that they are not using and want to donate or sell to me!?

Sadie doesn't really understand this bird thing. Why is it in a cage? Why do we like it? Why don't we want to eat it? I saw the White Stripes on SNL last night. It was cute. They played Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground which is one of my favorites, and the little school kids song which is really cute. Now it is time to take Sadie home, and go to Petco, and see Diana and lil Joshua. Yay! Ok, bye bye.

It has been a while kinda. Our house is clean and I love that. They should make Windex air freshener...just so it can smell clean even when it is a mess. So it is semi-official that I am going to Tucson in Aug. I haven't applied yet, but I am not too worried about that part. The decision is the biggest problem there. Mom and I are gonna go down and look at places in November. I gotta talk to a few people that know Tucson, so I can narrow down my search. I don't wanna live in some shithole. Anyway. My bird is adorable...to the max. AND! I finally got my printer here! I havent hooked it up yet, but this machine is a pimp. Print, scan, fax, copy, etc. I love it. I can now scan my ass. Or make copies! Ok. Bye bye everyone! Gotta finishe the ana nicole show.

My bird is lovely. I am in pain. My biology test sucked asshole. Hmm the teacher sucks. Class average last time:70% I got an 88%. Good in comparison, I 'spose. This time? Class average:68% I got 80%. Still good in comparison...but shitty. SHIT-Y. Atleast the whole class basically sat around for 20 minutes whining about her shitty teaching skills and brutal tests. Maybe she will get the hint this time. Tomorrow is my chemistry exam. Wow I am thrilled for that one after this confidence booster.

The weather is so lovely. Soooo very lovely. The windows have been open all day, and the AC off. When I came home from school...it was 78 in my house. How nice is that?! I am drinking some fuzzy navel right now. Yum! I am kinda getting over being sick, but its not totally gone. I still feel kinda poopy. I guess I didnt really have much to say. Oh well. Bye!

My weekend absolutely friggin rocked. Where do I even begin? Well let's try THURSDAY....
After about 6 hours of driving I arrived at the LA county fair. This is the biggest fuckin "county" fair I have ever seen. My lord. We're talking like airport parking. Insane amounts of cars. An ocean of cars. And this was on a Thursday night! So anyway...I get inside and we walk alll the way over to the other side and I spot them. Suburban Legends. All 8 of them. They were already done with their 7pm set and just kinda hanging around for the 8pm set. So, I walked up to look at the new merch and I saw Chris. I smiled, he smiled. He kinda looked at me funny. But oh well. So I am standing up front (there are like no people there and they arent even on a stage,....just on the concrete, so I was really close) And I see Aaron. I smile, He smiles...but looks at me kinda funny. Then I go up to him and he is like "I know you." And I said "I'm from Arizona." And he said "Oh my gosh! yeah! You used to talk to me online and you have seen us twice! Wow! I was so confused....seeing you here is so...out of context!" And I got a big hug and it was cool. I can't believe he even remembered all that. He remeber my friggin AIM name. Forgot my real name, though. That was sad. But then I took him over to meet Phil and they talked a bit and then Aaron called over Chris. He walked up and was like "I know you." and once again I said "I am from AZ." "OH yeah! Your name is....Tamara!" So we hugged and shot the shit for a while and all was dandy. I was oh so very excited that they remember me and were just as nice and friendly as before, if not more so. So at 8 pm they played. This is the first time I saw them play w/ the new/original singer (Chris's brother) and he was really good. I think I know how the other singer got all this flair. It was from copying the original/current singer. He is awesome. Lots of attitude and style. Good singer. Big fun.
They played some oldies but goodies, some new songs, and my personal favorite: Under the Sea! hah! Well anyway...I got some tickets signed by them and a new SL shirt w/ Skull and Crossbones on it. They finished up their set, I said my goodbyes to Chris and Aaron and then went to talk to Derek. He remember me too. And of course my AIM name. hahaha How funny. They were all kinda weirded out about seeing me in CA. Its hard to recognize someone you only know from another state in your own state...so...anyhow...Hugs from all of them and we went back to the truck. After about 45 more minutes or so we arrived at our hotel safe and sound...and ready for Six Flags en la manana.
FRIDAY!
Woke up and went to Six Flags shortly after 10am. Lines? What lines? hAH! There were only lines on two rides....Dejavu and X cuz they are the brand new rides. And those lines were only 40min at absolute most. Everything else....even Goliath had maybe a 2 minutes wait. All the rides were fucking awesome. Oh my God. X is the best ride ever. SO freaky. SO fun. So freakin fun. I cant even explain it on here, but its scary and its great. All of six flgas was great. I got a new keychain and shirt (Batman if course) and a new stuffed moose! hah!
SATURDAY!
We did alot of driving. It was beautiful though. First we drive up to Mailbu. We drive through a cute town I had never heard of before called Topanga. Way cute. Malibu was cool...not great..just...average for CA I guess. We did visit a pretty place called the Adamson House though. Before we left Malibu we ate lunch at a place called Duke's which was the highlight of Malibu forsure. The whole side of this place is just windows. And basically...you are sitting just a few feet from the ocean. Right outside the window are big rocks taht the waves crash onto. Te water actually splashes your window from the waves! you are that damn close. It was beautiful and had good food to boot. Zhen we drove along the Pacific Coast highway over to Santa Monica. Pretty drive, cool beach, fun shops. From there we went to venice beach which was pretty similar to Santa Monica just with way more shops and more weirdos. I love those places. Good people watching and Mexico-like shopping! After Venice we changed in the car and found some restaurant on Sunset Blvd. to eat dinner at. We were lookin' mighty fine and ate at a tasty Italian-like place. It was raining and I loved it. We got to drive through Bel-Air, and Rodeo dr. and all thos populat CA places...then it was back to the hotel.
SUNDAY!
We went to see Kobe this morning. He is at a beautiful barn, and he looks very good. He and Phil ran around in the arena for a bit. It was cute. We just took some pictures and talked with the lady who is taking care of him. She is nice. I am so glad he is happy and stuff. =) I <3 that horse. I didn't even cry...I think cuz he seemed so happy there. Ok. Thats abhout it....for more details...talk to me.
