Anyone here about Spirited Away will be coming out in Theaters Sept 20?
For those who don't what's it about here's a sum up:
"Adapted from the Japanese original, SPIRITED AWAY, from writer-director Hayao Miyazaki, is the animated story of a little girl named Chihiro. One day she finds herself in a magical town where a witch rules over everyone and those who disobey are turned into animals. Signs from many people tell me that Inu-Yasha will be on Adult swim at the end this month dubbed. Inu-Yasha, is story, of school girl who doesn't believe curse and fairy tales, until she is transported to old Japan and Meets Inu-Yasha. Half human and half demon dog, Inu-Yasha, starts to travel with the girl and to find pieces of a jewel that susposly make demons immortal and invincible
hmm... Well, if you can or can't go to wild wave on Augest 22 let me know now and stuff. ^^; We see if it really worth planning it or not. ~.~ okay, no one replying to this so. I'm taking it as a no.

Hello, been kind of quiet on the list lately. So, I was wondering a few thing to start a confuration.
Who here is still interested in going to Wild waves on Augest 22?
And hmmm....
Who here is fantasy fan?
Who here has seen the Lord of the Rings DVD?
Plans on going to see Two Towers in theaters when it comes out? If so what day and where?
Then anyone have any Ren(Fantasy) Fair plan or Larp event there going to go to?

Okay just let every know who would like to go to Wild WAves....
Last night there was sudden idea of gonig to Wild waves Augest 4th, which is this Sunday.
The short notice doesn't help much ^^; by the day was a lot better for us then the 22nd. (I may still go the Augest 22nd if I can get a ride or carpool with someone.)
But Anyhow
If you'd like to go with us to wild waves on Sunday, Augest 4th show at the gates in the morning if you can.
Here's what to bring:
-Swin suit and towel
-money, at least around $25 dallors to get in
-change of clothes
-ID, etc. good too maybe...
And Wearing something anime-ish if you can so we can others of the anime type.
Do to last minute changes and circumsances, I didn't go. ^^; Though I found out a while back that other went. But I'm cool they had fun I had fun at the REn Faire. ^_^

I'm putting together a little 'Welcome Back' picnic/BBQ/whatever for Jude. Here's the fine details:
When: Saturday, August 3rd at 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Where: Nolte State Park. Hang to the left, and go past the picnic area. There's a great sheltered area. Watch for the arrows!
Things to Bring:
*Your own beverages
*A swimsuit and a towel, there's a lake in the park
*Bug Spray would be most appreciated.
*Maybe some chips or some sort of appetizer while the food's being cooked?

Well, I thought I'd post since I'm new HERE and say hello to everyone! Also that I found out the JDrama I was looking for and posted on the ML is called Meteor Garden. I have become an obsessed fan now and love Jerry. Want to see that, and I thin the only fansubs are subbed in chinese or something. Eh, better go check Ebay!

So far vote go on Fruits basket, Star Ocean EX, Final Fantasy Unlimited, Orphen, Yumi no Matsuei, X/1999 TV and Noir. If you want those speak up for them! I noticed that that list doesn't many shonen type anime ether, what did you want to see for that? Scryed? hmm... Vandrend? Hellsing?
Name it I can get it to show, just do so asap.
We'll be having anime-a-ton on the week of 18-25-ish. I think to. Need a house to host it at. Mine is not a good idea.
After, Then I's all up to what you guys want to do with to club. My thoughts?
Use the anime club for Private anime showing and events that ppls can use the mailing list for others to invite ppls too.

I've been kind of away from my computer from the past few days. hehehe
But was wanting to ask everyone, if they had any plans for the summer?
Are there any events there going to like seafair, the japanese fair at BBC, other anime convention plans or any Ren Fairs? ^_^
Okay but yeah, if anyone wants to plan maybe a trip to Wildwaves at all? Maybe they have a day in mind? Hmm... I want to try get another group to together maybe in Augest? *shrugs* ^_^ What do you think?
