Edgar Martinez hits 500th double
Our hero Edgar led the M's to a 6-2 victory over the Yankees.

Wired News: Paying Homage to Science Fiction
"The Science Fiction Museum, which is being co-founded by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, will house artifacts from films and television programs of the past half-century, and will feature immersive, multimedia "hypermuseum" exhibits of imaginary worlds. ... The museum will also exhibit drawings and paintings of imagined futures from artists dating back to the late 19th century."
The Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame opens in Seattle in June 2004.
