House Should Accept Senate's Internet Tax Bill
Governors applaud Senate for passing a four-year extension to the Internet tax moratorium.
Computer screen Led by a group of former governors, senators adapted changes to extend the moratorium on Internet access taxes without depriving state and local governments of more than $11 billion in existing annual revenue. By a vote of 93-3, the Senate voted to extend the moratorium for another four years, now the nation's governors urge the House to follow suit.
