  Center offers partial scholarships to law enforcement  
  California State University, San Bernadino is now accepting applications for an online hate crime training course, offered in conjunction with the Center and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). The course familiarizes law enforcement officers with hate crime terminology and facts, recognizing hate crimes and reporting them.
