Lasater Grasslands Beef
(Matheson,CO)

Lasater Grasslands Beef is beyond organic! It is great tasting and full of flavor because our cattle are 100% grass fed! They spend their entire lives on the great plains grazing the open range and are never confined in feedlots and fed grain. All our beef is dry aged 14 to 21 days. They are not given growth hormones, are not fed low-level antibiotics and are not treated with pesticides. That means the goodness of nature comes through in the taste of our beef.

Why Buy Locally Grown?
People worldwide are rediscovering the benefits of buying local food. It is fresher than anything in the supermarket and that means it is tastier and more nutritious. It is also good for your local economy--buying directly from family farmers helps them stay in business.
