There's just something magical about Otter Pops that I can't explain.  These Freezer Pops (don't call 'em Popsicles, or you'll get in legal trouble) which have been around since 1970 have a storied and complex history.  The frozen fruity delicacies that boast "Six Zippy Flavors", feature 6 characters that I'd rank as the 2nd coolest product spokespersons of all time (#1 to my heart is still Count Chocula and the other General Mills cereal monsters).

80s CELEBRITY MAKEOVERS!

We've all seen pictures of celebrities without makeup, and have a look when it's apparent that under all that gloss, they're as ugly as we are!  But usually that's within the confines of a tabloid magazine, as the result of some overzealous paparazzi who is likely getting beat down by Sean Penn shortly afterward.  Which makes this 1983 book "Instant Makeover Magic" even more amazing.  Michael Maron managed to convince his clients to do before and after photos.  Sometimes they're just fine to look at, while other instances are jaw droppingly hideous.  Take a look to 21 years ago at some of the hottest celebs of the time and see for yourself!
