*mrrow!* I'm curled up on Mommy's lap right now, and she's typing for me. She was gone most of today. My Aunt Jen came over and I played with her for a little bit while Mommy got ready to go out with her. They went off in the big brown car and Mommy came back a long time later. And Mommy slept a long time today before that so I didn't get to see her much. I played with Grams and Brian on the back deck, and I wanted to play with my special toy Mommy made me but it's losted. I don't know where it is. I think I carried it somewhere and forgot where I put it. :\ I'll find it though. And if I don't, maybe Mommy will make me a new one. >^.^< Mommy is really bored right now. She misses Sniffles' daddy. But she's letting me sleep on her lap even though she keeps shifting her legs and waking me up. She says her leg is falling asleep but that I can stay. *yawns* I think I'll clean my fur and go to sleep now. Night night! Current Mood:  sleepy |

Ahhh.... Tomorrow....er..."today".....is 4th of July.....pah...no matter what situation....no ,atter where the hell i am...EVERY STINKIN YEAR, I'm the one up at 3 in the morning lookign up stuff to do... and then half the people back out or thr event just plain ol' sucks. Actualy, the only thing different about this year is that almost everyone I know is working....perhaps I should have gone camping with the hippies? Nah. I will make the best of it...i will probably end up going to the art museum or somwthing with Brionne....good ol' Brionne never lets me down...lol...hes a loser like me, jk. He's actually very cool....I felt bad in the beginning because of the "November Incident"....but he's cool and we are great friends (and apparently he had two girlfriends at the time, lol, big pimpin in the Writing For Film and Television Depo.) Ah, man..... So once again, writers block. But i dont want to call it block..because I know exactly what I want to write...but for some reason, it does not come out right on paper. Sheesh....one more day of this and I WILL start doing the tape recordings.....screw the whole self concious thing, get over your god damn self, Steph, and write your damn bookl This is your baby, your dream.... God damn it, how many times do i have to remind you, YOU WILL NOT BE REMEMBERED FOR THE BOOK YOU ALMOST WROTE!!!! Editor's Note: One might presume that the writer of this Live JournalŪ is a self-destructive, self-loathing, massicistic, narcissistic creature in desperate need of a hug. This is quite the contrary; I have come to observe that many artists such as myself are very critical of themselves. You truely are your own worst critic...you know almost all of your weaknesses, and you perceive them as flaws....and I have also come to observe that although I am generally a "happy-slappy" person, my writing reflects a different person. I wonder why. I think perhaps everyone has an inner struggle or two....to be simply freudian, it's between the id and the superego. I think because my "id" was chained up for such a long time, it is bursting to get out wiht my new freedoms....My id is very content with my premenstral chocalate binges with the gals (sick how we are all on the same cycle)...my id is very content with sitting in front of a computer screen in my underwear at 3:30 in the morning, watching Suger Ray dance around on MTV. But no matter what I do, the damn "super ego" freakin wins over everything...and bombards me with thoughts of "social acceptance"...and all that bullshit. I know if anyone is reading this, it probably makes no sense to them...ah. i guess its not supposed to. i guess that is the problem with my writing....very..."steam of conciousness....sheesh, this was only supposed to be a side note!! on with the show! So, steph, what are you going to do first? Define your characters...what are their hopes, their dreams, their charms??? I have my angel down very well...but im havikng trouble identifying with my heroine. Go figure....I know the gy down to the T but my chick....who the hell knows, girls are plain vil if yah ask me!!! Well, "Irene" (thats her name for now)....is supposed to be a regualr ol' 20 something chick. Her job is blazee.....generic office work.....shes very quiet and mousy in person but inside she has the heart of a lioness...wait....how the heck are you going to do this? how can u establish relationships and dialogue with a character that is quiet?? Most of the sotry takes place in her dreams...so you have to have some dialogue.... Ok, ok, scratch that....work on whe "what" and the "who" will come to you... Ok...what did Brionne say? whats Mykhail's motivation?? He's nuts...he has no motivation...but u cant know hes nuts til the end...hmm....Why does he notice Irene?? Yes, he has a mischievous heart....but why does he want her? yes, she is friends with his "projects"...her eyes? her smile? her hair? lets keep the lameness factor down to a minimum..i hate that whole disney..."i feel in love with him because he is handsome" b.s., but what can u do in a novel? woo hoo, i love you for your personality even though you cant see me? so...."you've got mail"......um......what about her personality? did he have a loved one in the past? what happened to her?? god every idea i have makes me think of something else...im now thinking of a scene in "hercules" the tv series....BLAH!! i guess everyting has been done...its up to me to twist it... ah shuddup just type your heart out, doesnt matter what scene, what page, you can do it, youve done it before.....and it was good. today wuz fun! Mammacita and Pappacito took me to a kewl lake that is by Grandma Eva n Grandpa Kurt's house, called Dammyren again today. This time I got to jump in the lake n swim n fetch sticks...like...hundreds of times..and I loved it and didn't wanna stop, but mammacita said we had to go so I could dry off. :) It was a lot of fun and mammacita said we will be doing that again n again in the future!
