I read the news today
It’s good to see the advert on page 3 of today’s Guardian urging people to use their vote to stop the fascist BNP.
On page 19 of the Guardian I noticed an article on BT’s decision to transform network which made interesting reading.

Unite Concert
Attended a free concert organised by Unite to speak on the work of Unite Against Fascism.
The venue was the Liverpool Students Union; the best group I ever saw was there - Principle Edwards Magic Theatre; this time I listened to Badly Drawn Boy and a new band called The Music. Jane Loftus,CWU NEC member, and Chris Tapper, Divisional Representative was also there.

Today was our statutory NEC meeting. Today’s agenda was very packed and the meeting went on for most of the day. I suppose this is to be expected in the run up to conference.
