Vote

I really have to blog more. OK, so you all know about this, but Theyworkforyou.com is latest project Tom and I have been working on. We've been tangentially involved only, our big contribution was to russle up some money, but kudos should go to all the other coding volunteers. Its a cracking, cracking site, although i share David Brake's view that it might not yet be the world's best political ap on the web. But hopfully it will be.

Today is also election day. I'm going to write something about the whole postal voting hoo-hah when i get a minute, but i thought i should just point out my friend Guy's site. He is standing as a GLA candidate today, and has kept a record of the campaign. You should also check out the excllent RaceForCityHall blog about the london campaign. Councillor Liz Featherstone, another LibDem, has also been blogging the campaign. The whole election business is damnably depressing - Norris gaining on Ken, UKIP donig well in Europe, the BNP doing well up North - and i cast my ballot this morning feeling peeved with my fellow countymen. lets hope its not as bad as it looks.

NotCon Presentation

Some people have been asking me for my NotCon presentation about politics online 2001-2004. It doesn't quite work without me talking alognside it, but here it is anyway.
