Everywhere you go these days, every fandom out there has lame, bad, stinky fanfic. The kind of stuff that makes your toes curl. The kind that makes you feel as if your I.Q. just went down for having perused its contents.

It's the kind of fic that just begs to be MSTed.

That's what this place is for.

Now, there's a few rules here, for the sake of the community and you're expected to abide by these rules so we avoid any trouble.

This community can be a discussion forum for MSTs already out there on the web, or a depository for people's own MSTings. But let's remember, some of those stories out there have the hearts and souls of their writers in them. So be picky and choosey. Don't mock a story that genuinely has potential and the author is trying, being receptive to people's suggestions and critiques. It's mean and really won't do anyone any good.

Please be careful when posting URLs. [info]jesterlylove does not advocate or encourage people to post links with vicious and mendacious intentions of getting community members to flame or leave nasty remarks/reviews elsewhere. Let's keep it to the community. Posts of this nature will be removed by the maintainer.

If you would like for your own fiction to be MSTed, by all means, ask here, you're bound to get a response, but remember... you asked for it! Don't come crying later if people make comments that you don't like.

There are liable to be discussions that are bound to get the writers of bad fanfiction all riled up, so if you think it might get furr flying, you should probably lock it to friends only so only community members can see it.

Lastly, for those poking their noses in, this is all done in fun, though sometimes you're going to see things that may make your skin crawl. So long as we keep it in our community, don't get your panties in a knot.
