Feature Priority (messed up the poll in the first post)
As you are the people who ensure the survival of our service, we'd like to know what you think we should be dedicating our project time to. There are a few big projects in the works but only a handful of people to work on them, so what happens is our time gets stretched over all projects.

So, if you're willing, please prioritize^[1] the features you would like to see us working on the most:

• S2 is the new journal template system that's been in the works for quite a while. The core of the service is available to use at http://www.livejournal.com/customize/ , but S2 isn't near release quality just yet.


• The statistics package/service is basically a traffic monitoring tool that we've been planning for a long time. We've laid out and implemented the foundation for the service, but we need to write the user interface and define the settings available to each journal.


• The local friends page server is a program that would install on your computer and allow you to have faster access to your friends page while saving us bandwidth costs.


• The event subscription notification service would allow you to "subscribe" to arbitrary comment threads and journal entries, saving you the need to constantly reload comment pages and scour for new additions.

[1] Of course our highest priority is to ensure that the site is stable for all users, but that doesn't mean we can't devote time to our other projects as well.
