| Bio: | My name is Patrick Roualyn Phelan. I share my full name on the Internet, because I'm a moron and because I haven't yet been harassed, and if I was, I probably wouldn't show up on the Internet at all. The Roualyn is my father's name, so for some time I adopted his middle name, but Patrick Roualyn James Phelan just got too pretentious. (Though I still have a sneaking fondness for it.) It's pronounced row-A-linn, by the way. Previously, I've been known as Darcangel, Vorloth, and Kadrin - since then, I sorta lost the ability to identify with a pseudonym. I'm a twenty-year-old (as of the tenth of January, 2004: if I still call myself this after the tenth of January, 2005, I'm a lazy slacker who doesn't update his info enough) sorta-student... I'm not currently at university, due to some issues that I'm working through, but I still consider myself a student of sorts. I'm more a writer than a student, though, and have kind of dedicated myself to writing at the moment. According to my passports, I'm both Australian and British. I spend some time in Switzerland, I'm traveling to Canada and America in late May, and I plan to spend some time in Japan when I've got a degree. I am a very talented polyglot, to quote Ender's Game! ...only I speak about one or two words of German or Japanese, and barely anything of any other language. I'm bisexual. This is both a big deal to me and not a big deal: I'll bring it up randomly when I comment on things, and if you don't get on well with that, you likely won't get on well with me; but to tell the truth, I rarely discuss pure sexuality, and most of the time it's in fannish circles. I have a tendency to obsess over things, typically music, books, video games, or TV series - the third will almost always be RPGs, and the fourth often anime. However, I like to think that any and all squeeing remains dignified, and thus shouldn't be too unbearable. I'm pretty approachable, I think. Feel free to friend me.
