 Near-simultaneous explosions have hit two Istanbul hotels, killing two people, while a bomb attack at a fuel storage depot in the capital failed, Turkish police and company officials said. Seven people were wounded in the hotel blasts. "For the moment everything is pointing to a terrorist attack," Police Chief Celalettin Cerrah said. • Video:
