I'm a policy analyst with the Cato Institute, though opinions expressed on this site are strictly my own, and not to be associated with Cato unless otherwise indicated. I'm a biweekly columnist with FoxNews.com, and a contributor to Tech Central Station. I'm originally from Greenfield, IN. I attended Indiana University and graduated in 1997 with a BA in journalism and political science.
