    Support DIY Music

Hi there everyone, Bucky from Valiant Death Records here.

As much as I hate to say this, our little label hasn't been doing to well lately. We just published our first big zine and put out some
new CDs, and sales haven't been much to boast about for the past month, so, I'm turning to you. For those who don't know, we're a non profit record label run by two people who give everything they have to keep it going. I've posted a lot on livejournal about our stuff and we have always gotten an outpouring of support from you folks. Well, I'm asking that you check out our website and maybe consider buying something, we have a little bit of everything music, shirts, posters, pins, zines, patches, and stickers. You can order with paypal or through the mail

Thanks a lot for your continued support of our DIY projects. Feel free to contact us at valiantdeath@hotmail.com

Some New Releases On Our Label:
The CIA Makes Science Fiction Unexciting #2 This zine explains the history of US chemical biological testing and development, how the HIV virus cannot scientifically be related to AIDS, CIA and military documents requesting the creation of a virus with the clinical description of AIDS, and how AIDS death statistics have been inflated for the last 20 years when the supposed "miracle cure" drugs kill the patients even faster than AIDS. $1.50 Each

Bloody Crackdown "The End Of The Beginning" Surprise! Richmond's militant thrashers have returned for another round of killing!! "The End Of The Beginning" features a more developed style, combining the same thrash/punk influence they're so famous for, but now adding in some pop and rock elements. Don't worry, the Sgt. and his troops haven't gone soft, this song is filled with songs like "Fuck You Up" and "Scum Bag", and lots of Full Metal Jacket samples, thrashing riffs, and ultra fast drums. This album takes the best parts of "You're Fucked" and expands them into a new, more listenable album. Check it out now, maggot!!! CD $7

    Thanks again.

    FIRST BAND AT 6:15 SHARP!!

    Scarlet Letter
(amazing, tight, brutal, short, fast hardcore)

    Air X

adding high school angst for sing along speed punk
    perfection)

    Five To Go
(good time sing along punk rock)

    Folly
(One of the most amazing hardcore bands around. They are
going to blow up in 2004 so get to see them when you get
    the chance)

    Howard Finster
(Another band destined to blow up in 2004. Screamo at it's
most sincere. Intense and heartfelt this band will steal the
    night.)

    The Lakes
(One of Staten Island's hidden treasures. Beautiful female
fronted pop along the lines of Velocity Girl)

A Special Tribute To Joe Heineman
(We lost a good friend this year in former Muddfoot/Father
Ape drummer Joe Heineman. We will memorialize our good

Pupura, Mike Runer, David Platt and Jordan Manasia.)

    Monty Love
(We dance and we sing songs)

    Fast Breakin Classics

make the most rhythm-less person need to get up and shake
    it)

I can't see how this show doesn't appeal to everyone. Come
down and celebrate the friends we've made thru the music
    that we make.

    your first rekkids.
allright, if you were going to get a kid some cds for his 11th birthday (he's pretty smart and i'm trying to get him something fun & good that'll set him, generally, in the right direction). what would you get him?

some ideas i'm throwing around: aquabats, old green day, the screeching weasel 'beat is on the brat'/ramones cover album.

what cds did you fall in love with when you were a wee lad/lass?

here is keeping up with me, miss a.:

most recently watched films: williard (good), adaption (good), storytellers (awesome), the upright citizen's bridgade 1st season on collected dvd (the bestest ever)

most recently read books: reefer madness (a book about the black market in america), why do people hate america (a book from disinfo.com that is fucking amazing and was reccomended by chomsky), pimp (an oldie but goodie).

most recently listened to muzak: outkast (both singles are good, but the albums are amazing), speed king (the long awaited comp album is fucking brilliant), thurston moore (remember the psychic hearts album- i do too, now), black dice (token scenester scum band), chinese stars (i sure miss AOR and SFS but this will do), Peaches (double a/triple xxx)

best thrift scores as of late: a great suade coat from the 1960's with a fur collor and cuffs, lined, with gold buckles up the front for a dollar at salvation army, a five piece drum set with stool and peddle and hardware for only $15 at the crowslanding thrift store (for zoe as she grows into it), and a pucci purse with metal dots all over it from the 1950's for a mere 70 cents. wow.

cute lil' thing i did with my daughter: bought her those red mary janes with the glitter on them from target and am in the process of making a blue dress. when she is old enough we will borrow my friend robbie's lil' black dog and do a whole backdrop where she will be dorthy, and she will be in therapy when she is older, i am sure of it. damn sure of it.

i will be 28 soon, and i see no real signs of slowing down. bring it on.

    Hi
    Hi there everyone,

My girlfriend and I run this label/distro called Valiant Death Records, we're a 100% not-for-profit label/distro. We don't get distributed by many people, so we rely on folks like you who read this to help us out. Here's some stuff we have that you can check out.

Our Releases- We've released stuff by Bloody Crackdown, The Strap-Ons, Moral Minority, and all sorts of other stuff. It ranges from punk to thrash to death rock to indie electro-pop. Our CDs are high quality and cheap.

Xmas Gift Box- $30 worth of stuff for only $12!!! This is our Christmas special, lots of CDs, records, shirts, and patches, all packaged in a retro popcorn box!! We've sold a lot of these, and everyone tells us its totally worth it.

Zines- We stock dozens of zines which we all get from amateur authors. We also carry a lot of independent magazines and books from DIY publishers.

We also have stickers, patches, and pins. Thanks for your support, 100% of the money we make goes back into our projects, we're a great place to do Xmas shopping for the revolutionary in your family, ha!

Thanks for looking, sorry if this is x-posted too much!

    "Indifference is our biggest threat"
It's okay, allow yourself a little hate.
    Hatred is not so bad,
    when directed at injustice.
You can turn the other cheek, just don't turn the other way.
Enemy of the planet, we finally have a common aim.
A reason to forget about our differences and stand as a united front.
It's up to us, we must expose, humiliate, American Errorists.

great song, great album. just reminding everyone who's 18+ to register to vote.
