....and I helped!
A cool little write-up on blogging appears in this month's Compendium, UT's Honors newsletter. I would be flattered, but I suggested the article. hehe pretty sneaky
What else.........hm.......oh! Air America is being pulled from two of its biggest markets for what the LA Times calls "cash flow problems." I would be shattered, but..........

What it is: Easter
On our previous episode it was uber-chilly, and we were fresh off April Fools'. Now it's cold again after a quick burst of sunlight, it's raining this time, and I've just landed from a flight from Morristown. So what happened on this journey?
When I arrived home my autistic brother was freshly back from walking into the neighbor's house and chillin, or as he called it a "visitation." What good is having neighbors if you can't bug them?
Sundown is back, and great: there were fans on the roofs of Market Square, and Flek was tight.
I fixed my guitar, the Les Paul. It's been a little bothersome as of late, being 27 years old and all. It was great to have it back.
Uhh, mm, hmm, ok I guess that's about it.

Early to rise.....
MSNBC is reporting a bomb was recently siezed on another Madrid train; this one is a traveling train and not a subway. Doesn't look like an al Qaeda thing to me, but I'm no Richard Clar.......er expert.
More terror in the unstable regions of the world, this time Uzbekistan. Terrorists seem to be going back to the old standby that if you can't bring down the big dogs, get off the porch and bite something. Again, no expert.
KnoxNews is suffering backlash for publishing the pics from Wednesday's violence in Iraq. One of the victims was from Clarksville, working with a security contractor that was guarding food shipments. Baathists sure know how to go for the hearts and minds.
..and on the lighter side of things...
Reynolds guides to a corky interview with the editor of Wonkette, Ana Marie Cox. She's puurdy. Don't miss her coverage of Jacko on the Hill, yesterday.
Sure as smoke, the Beacon isn't online yet, but yesterday's is still up, where we learn that James Banks has been suspended from the Vols for a violation of team rules. I didn't realize we had those at UT.
Adam made a surprise reappearance in the 'sphere yesterday. It's a one-day only thing, though.
I started this post at 7:30, now it's 8:15, I'm freezing, hungry, so where else to go but Smokey's? I'm there.

If you're really interested, there's a Save Bob Edwards petition now online. I wondered if my previous posting had anything to do with this, but then I realized that, no, it did not. Oh well.
