Comments: BUSH EVOLVING
I was going to title the post "Bush Flip-flops", but then I thought that this isn't really a flip-flop as amuch as a slow spiral into oblivion. I'd be more than happy if he actually flip-flops and comes out against all campaign finance restrictions.
