Im moved in to the new apartmento....its very nice. Its just missing my baby :( My room is spacious....my closet is massive. Madden 2003 is hard but fun. New TV is nice. Havent even gotten the rest of the place together yet. Dont know when seth adn katie move in...Nick is coming to stay on monday. Going to see my sweetest babbooo this weekend. Money sucks....I hate it......yet i wish i had more of it. I farted...Im suprised it didnt knock mo off her chair in the other room. ok, maybe some Madden 2003 now. God this song rocks...one more time for the hell of it. btw....more fatkidempathy shit, ASAP!!!!!!!!!! |

we finally beat level three Jumble Bees on Pogo.Com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! in other news.... its fucking hotter than hell here.... like sweet god can it please cool down!!!!!!!!! Im sweating my balls off.... look there they go now...thanks for stopping by balls. Also, NCAA 2003 comes out on Tuesday...I will stop at every establishment from K-Zoo til home until I get a copy. Hopefully it won't be too hard to get one. I can't wait. Had QDoba today.....Black Beans are VERY funny 6 hours later. saw Mr. Deeds....typical Sandler Movie, kinda funny! Also, I got new shoes yesterday...they rock. oh and Stroke 9's new song "100 girls" sucks the fattest ass....I mean it is a TERRIBLE song. I hope thats not the best their new CD has to offer. I mean I loved their first one. It brings back many a memory. Why is it when I have NO guitar with me, i have 10000 song ideas!??!? thats all. |

Rachel and I went to Battle Creek to get a kitty from the Calhoun County Animal Shelter this morning. The had a cattery with probably 40 cats. They had only 6 kittens, 4 boys, 2 girls. So we were looking around at the older kitties, and then we spotted a smokey grey tiger, who seemed very nice at first...liked to get petted, hated to be picked up. Everytime another cat got near her, she hissed and batted. We decided she was a bitch. Then we spotted her...April is her name (however we are contemplating a name change). She is an adorable 1 year old Tiger/White mix...shes all different colors. She has an all white underbelly and some white on her face as well. Her top is grey with black tiger stripes towards the sides. Her legs are the coolest, the swirl with white and khaki and tiger stripes. She is little and probably not going to get much bigger. She loves to be petted and picked up. She already let rachel wash her with those dander reducers, and brush her. She walked around and explored the apartment, and seems to find under the bed fun :) Apparently she is a Star too! I guess yesterday that had her on the morning news and on radio looking for adopters. |

So wow, where to start.... Sunday we moved My Baby into her apartment....go on over to her LJ if you want to read about all that jazz. Wow...hopefully we'll get through the year in the gheto. Monday Night I came home and unpacked all of my belongings into the basement. It sucks moving your life around in the spruce moose. Watched Monsters Ball....still can't decide what I think of it...besides the lovely scene with Halle Berrys sweet pair. Tuesday was a nice day, twas Dadddooos Birthday. We took in the tigers game in 90* heat. Luckily we had these sweet little mist fans to keep us cool. I had a ballpark dog and a Cherry Icee. There were cute little kids sitting next to us. They made me laugh when they started arguing over who will catch a foul ball first. hhehe 5 and 6 year olds are so silly. After the game we headed down woodward towards home and decided to go to The Big Rock for dinner. I had an excellent Filet and some Potatoes. It was GREAT. Then I got home sat around and Rattish Jen messaged me to see if I wanted to go out with her to see our friend Yurgi @ the bar. Well we went to Bahama Breeze where we were supposed to meet, but they had decided to go to Mr. Bs in Rochester instead so we went there. It was an ok time..I had a few beers, me and jen split and appetizer. I played some video games. All in All A Good Time. Today I woke up. Went to Lunch with Mommish which was a good time. Then I drove on over to Prestige to help Drew get his senior pics taken. He got some good poses and has some sweet t-shirts. Makes me want to go to Hot Topic and buy up a few! Then I came home and pretty much have done nothing all day. I made a fantasy football league on NFL.com, leave me a comment if you want in the league. I sent some of you emails letting you know about it. Ok, I guess this update is done :) |

burning last minute cds... packing up all my things... body is tired and sore... i wont live here no more... So this is my final post from good ole M1...where i spent the last 2 months living with the best thing thats ever happened to me. Im going to miss living with her. Shes great. Hopefully the year will fly by and we will live together once again. I guess I can deal with one year apart in the next 60 years. God do I love her. Dont miss me too much while Im gone... I'll try to post a bit when Im at home.. everything i own is packed in my car.. one more night in this place.. and ill never be the same.. goodnight all. |

07.08.02 somewhere in ohio... o.k., first lesson of this particular leg of this tour... no matter how much you love cereal... no matter how frosted you like your flakes... how fruity you like your pebbles... there is no such place as kellogg, MI. yes, tony le tigre and his sugar posse do reside in michigan. but unfortunately, said state doesn't feel it necessary to give props where props are due... battle creek... my friends. battle creek, michigan is the land of cereal. so...because of my deep respect for all things breakfast... i might have referred to battle creek, MI as kellogg, MI on stage last night. that's right... i was trying, in vain, to start a revolution. the fine folks of kalamazoo...and the surrounding MI area, respected me for my attempts... but schooled me for my ignorance. thankfully, there was little anger. who'd a thunk that someone as high on the food chain (no pun intended) as tony le tigre wouldn't have a town named after him. it's a shame... more later... matt |

but why in god's name would the Tigers trade Jeff Weaver to the Yankees in exchange for these 2 dudes from Oakland. It seems to me The Yankees and Oakland got decent players and the tigers got left with the short end of the stick as usual. I can only imagine that this trade was for salary purposes, in order to shave some $$ off the payroll with a strike impending. Carlos Pena, the only player we got in this trade that is even in the majors, has been in the league since 2001....played 22 games w/ Texas and then was traded to Oakland, who he played 40 games with this year. So The Tigers will be his 3rd team in 2 years. Apparently he has the potential to be a 50 Home Run Guy....but he only has 10 homers in 186 at bats for his career and is a career .231 hitter. Once again the Detroit Tigers show the world just what it takes to stay in the basement year after year after year. Maybe I'll wake up and it'll be 1984.....I long for the days of Sweet Lou and Tram. |
