GOP to tout 'Land of Opportunity'

Republicans opened the third day of their national convention today with a program featuring speeches from Vice President Dick Cheney, Democratic Sen. Zell Miller and President Bush's arrival in New York after a tour of battleground states. Convention organizers are promoting the theme "A Land of Opportunity."
