About:Hi there! I decided to create an AGF community on Live Journal, since so many of my LJ friends are on alt.gothic.fashion (the usenet group, e-list, and the ezboard). It seems that we all do a lot of talking about fashion and the gothic lifestyle, so I thought I would create a group for us to hash out ideas or just show off.

This is an open membership group, and anyone can post. Feel free to discuss all things gothic-fashion related, from clothing shoes and makeup, to home decorating and gardening. And please do post pictures to show off your work (behind a cut tag, please)! Reviews are especially welcome.

Before you come to the group with questions, you may want to read the AGF FAQ (link above) to avoid repetitious questions. It is a very helpful resource!

Please remember that adding "gothfash" to your friends list only means that you are watching the group, but not a member. You will be able to see it on your friends page, but not be able to post. You must go to the actual "gothfash" page and click the link at the top where it says you can join the group. Then you'll be a member, free to post as you will!

If you would like to join "gothfash" but you do not have a Live Journal, let me know and I will scrounge up a code for you, so that you may start one for free. My email address is archel@madame-archel.com.

RULES:
1. Auction postings are still welcome. But you may make only *one* post about your auction, and only post about your auctions once a month. So, you may want to wait until just before they end, rather than post 2 or 3 times. Thanks so much!

2. ALL PHOTOS MUST BE BEHIND AN LJ-CUT TAG. Instructions for lj-cut tags are here if you don't already know how to use them.

3. Anyone caught verbally assaulting another user will be banned from the community by yours truly.

4. We're not topic-nazis, but do try to keep things at least somewhat on the topic of gothic fashion.

5. This is not a photo posting community for promotion of models or photographers. My other community, [info]shutter_2_think is a community for pro models and photographers and other related industry people to post and critique photos.
