Quiet for the past few years, the focus in the Superman copyright case has shifted from Superman to Superboy, and the battle for the right to Superman is joined by a Shuster.

I'm kinda torn on this issue. I realize, DC has made out like bandits on the Superman property, and the creators deserve more than they got. On the other hand, Shuster and Seigel took DC to court a few times, and received a settlement each time. Also, these are the creators extended family that are trying to get their hands on a piece of the Superman empire, it's not the actual creators themselves.
I wonder if this is really helpful to the debate for creator rights, or just a trivial testament to the greed of companies and offspring.

My stupid homepage keeps resetting on Internet Explorer. Anyone remember how to get rid of the spyware crap that does that?
Also, any Adobe Illustrator users out there? Could you recommend any books or tutorials to learn it?

You guys try these yet? Yeah, I cheated on my diet a little bit, but damn, they're good. Peanut Butter goodness with delectable white chocolate. Yeah, like I need to sell you guys on this. 230 Calories though. Holy crap. Here comes the guilt.
Was listening to Chris Cornell on "I am the Highway". That dude has some lungs. Now, the enchanting sounds of AC/DC is owning me to the beat of "Highway to Hell". It's not the mesmerizing sounds of the xylophone from Banarama's "Cruel Summer", but it will do. Oh, to be a maestro at the xylophone. Some day, my friends, some day. Damn, what was in those White Chocolate Reese's Peanut Butter Cups???
