| Bio: | Born in the sweaty kudzu-clogged lands of South Carolina, I will always be a repressed Southern belle at heart. My mama has worked in the same bank since I was 2; my daddy always wanted to own his own funeral home, and until I was 13, was a licensed embalmer/funeral director.

Moving to Albuquerque at the age of 17 (I thought the word "Albuquerque" would look good on my stationery) to pursue the collegiate life, I am now older, wiser, and without any documentation proving said wisdom.
Ask anyone who knows me and they'll tell you two things: NOT to call be by my first name (unless a facial burn is your idea of a good time); and that I have wanted to be a writer from the age of seven. Writing keeps me from losing my mind, frankly. It is my passion and my dream and is the thing I think I do best.
I'm kinda shy, kinda ostentatious. Kinda typical, kinda queer. Kinda friendly, kinda curmudgeonly.
