The grade is in...

And I got a B!!!! Woot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess that means I did better on my final that I thought, or that I miscalculated my own grade.. *squee* Nananananana!

Okay. I'm done now.

uck.. I got some crap in my throat. I think I know why. Last night, our mat for the front door at work was filthy. So I got the brilliant idea that I was going to take it to the car wash and spray it off. Good in theory, bad when there's no protection from the wind. But it's clean(er)!! I can't believe how dirty it was. $2 gets you 4 minutes. So I 'washed' it for 3, and 'rinsed' for 1. And it still wasn't completely clean. Ew.

Now on to the dream stuff.. I've been having these dreams where I'm pregnant and stuff, and where I can feel just by pressing on my stomach the different parts of the baby. Well, last night it got stranger. Be warned, my dream was very choppy...

As best as I can remember, I ran away to a friends (I guess we'll call him Wes) house, and my sisters were there. And I knew that on some level, that as much as we pretended that we were friends, that we really loved each other, we just didn't go that far. So then my 'dad' (who I don't know who it was) found the house because of the details that went along with my friend. Neat lawn, the special way the house was painted, ect. And my 'dad' had Jenny with him (who is also pregnant in real life, and in this dream). Well, I told my dad that I was tired of being cooped up in the house, and that I wanted to get out and live my life. well he told me that he didn't like Wes and that I wasn't permitted to go anywhere with him. So I asked my dad why my sisters were there, and why they could be there, but not me. And my dad couldn't think of an answer, so Wes spoke up, and said "You're afraid that she really does love me because she knows that I'll treat her right, and take care of her and her baby."

Next scene. . I'm in a car with two other people. Not sure who, but I know that they're not good. Somehow, we get into a car accident, and the driver ends up being smushed between the roof of the car and the visor. (In reality, not possible, but nothing is very real). So I get out and start running as best as I can being pregnant. Well, the guy who got squashed turns zombie, and starts coming after me. The wind starts blowing really hard, and the zombie dehydrates into paper. So I pick him up and start tearing it apart, all the while running, looking for fire. Well, out of nowhere, Wes, and another girl pop out, both have fire. So my friend lights the paper on fire. So the zombie is dead.

Next scene... I was walking down the hallway at school, and my very best friend, (we'll call him Zach) (in the dream world) was holding my hand, supporting me as I walked. We went to a school where you had the classes you had to take, but you could take them in any order you wanted, as long as they were all completed by the end of the day. So normally I went to health first, and he went to math. Well that day, he decided to go to health with me. All his friends were like "Sit in the back with us!" And Zach gracefully declined, and sat by me. He made me realize that my true friends would always be right with me. So class ended, and he gave me a tootsie roll (I love tootsie rolls....), and escorted me to our next class.

And that's as much as I can remember of it all. Very very odd. My dreams are not normally this choppy, with no transition from one thing to the next.

So that's all for today guys! I updated Ash! lol.. Hopefully more people did too.

Wow.. I see that everyone has updated just about as much as I have... lol

Well, I haven't completely dropped off the face of the earth.. It's been a crazy weekend. Friday, after I didn't go to bed till 3:30 am, got up with mom at 7:45 to take her car to the dealer so that they could look at her CD player. It's been eating her CD's. Went back home, showered, then took the van to go shopping for various things. We got a table and chairs set thingy, and other random stuff. Did some other stuff, went out to eat, went to Pat Katans, and then back to the dealer's to get her car. I had the choice of which car I wanted to drive, the van or the Focus. Well, ever since I put a huge dent in the side of the last van at John's house, I don't like driving them . So I took the Focus. Twas very strange to drive. I don't think I like them. At any rate, got home, was able to lay down for 30 minutes. Left again to go pick up Steph and Sam to take them birthday presents shopping for Dad. Got home, around 7ish and had cake and ice cream, and Dad opened his presents. The girls took their showers, and I went to BED!!!

Got woke up at 8 in the morning to go to GFS with mom to finish up food shopping. We went to Aldi's, to Sam's Club to buy cakes ($70 worth of cakes!), and then to GFS. Oi! We got home, ate a quick lunch and then went to the hall to set everything up. That was a lot of fun. In addition to us, Steve and Jane were there, and so was Scott (a friend of Dad's from work). Jane and I had a blast, and thus, everything that could be done was done by 2:30. Then I took the girls home, and we got dinner going. We made lasgna and texas toast. Yummy! Watched some Christmas stuff, blow dried Steph's hair so that it would not be an issue in the morning.

Got up to a lovely snow storm! ICK!!! Well, now the roads sucked balls, so I had to convince Steph that we had to leave at 9:10 instead of 9:30. So we left at 9:15. Took me till 9:45 to get to Brandon's house, and then till 10:05 to get to church. It took me almost an hour to do a 23 minute trip. OI! Mass was really pretty. Mom and Dad both teared, and it was nice to see a lot of our family there. So right after wards, Brandon, Steve, Jane and I headed out to the hall to get the food set up and everything finished. Yay, go us! Almost had ham juice in my trunk.. Wouldn't that have been a yummy smell to have...... The reception was great, Brandon helped out a lot (thanks babe!). And then, just as my Mom thought my Aunt Shay and Tiffany and the baby weren't coming, they walked through the doors. I thought my mom was going to ball. You have to understand that Mom and Aunt Shay have not talked since my Grandma died over a year ago. It was great to see them, and to finally get to see Joseph. He's such a cutie!! So I sat and talked with them for quite a while. Just before they left, Mom came up to Aunt shay and says "I would like to have my sister back. I miss her something fierce" They hugged, and said that they'd talk everything out soon. Yay! So then we cleaned up and yada yada yada.

So there's my weekend. :) Oh, and my phone is temp off till I get to work today. So for those who left me voicemails last night, I'll get them later tonight. Sorry! So off I go to finish catching up on the world...

lots to post

Which will be quite interesting being that I have a kitty on my shoulder. Sassy is in a loving mood this moring... and cold from the feels of it.....

Brandon's grandma should be going into surgery right about now... I hope that everything goes alright.. 10 hours is a long time to hear anything..

Went to my final yesterday. It's so hard to believe that the sememster is over already. I got a 78% on Exam 6, which is better than I thought because I had a hard time with the concepts. During the final, Dr. Barber came to me and told me that I got the full 50 point for my papers. Yay! Not an easy feat, since he had said that even though we had till Tuesday to turn them in, he was going to grade them much harder. Squee! I think I got approx an 86% on my final, so looking at my grades thus far, it looks like I will gain a solid B. And I'm ok with that. I was amused to hear the bells ringing christmas tunes.. lol...

So then I came home and took an hour nap, which was nice, and then I went to work. Proceeded to get very annoyed, so instead of cashing my check then going home, I went home, called Josh and told him that I was on my way home. Josh picked me up, he called John, and we all converged at Josh's house to play Munchkin and Risk. We made some popcorn, hooked up the iPod, and started playing Munchkin around midnight. The first game took us 2 hours to finish. So I didn't get home till around 3am-ish, and got back up this morning at 7:45 to follow mom so that we could take her car to the shop. Her CD player is eating her CD's. So overall, yesterday was an alright day. Pretty good after I got out of work. I still need to go cash my check and get gas in the car, but that's alright. If it doesn't happen till Monday, so be it.

*yawn* I'm so sleepy.. I kinda dozed for 20 minutes after my shower. Yay.... Need more sleep!

So that's all. And Sassy is apparently done being lovey because she just jumped down. :-)

Boobie names - stole from Emme )

I'm so very sleepy. I should go to sleep soon, since I have an exam tomorrow and then I have to work with Carrie. I got me a cherry freshner for my car. It smells yummy.

Met up with Mom after work. We went to the Christian book store and spent $30 dollars. The we went to B&BWorks;, and looked around there. Went to a few other places. Then we went to eat, then met her over at Wally-World... Did somet stuff there, got a few x-mas presents, Yay! Called John, John was sleepy so he napped, and I went home. Then Brandon called me, so he came and got me, and we went back to Wally-World. I smell like 18 different perfumes, since Brandon and I were trying to find a good scent that I like and that smells good on me. Amusingly enough, we ended up back at the Calgon stuff, where we picked out two smells from there that smell good. I think it was hawaiian ginger and turqouise seas. I'm going back tomorrow to get them, and then I'm going to get gas. Yay! Then I came home. And amused myself with the boobie quizes.

And now, I'm going to go to bed.

Funny little story...

So there's been this little buzzing sound all morning. It's been driving me absolutly crazy. After getting highly annoyed, I started wandering around, looking for it. Turns out that the little lamp we have on the second floor never had the plastic wrap taken off of it. This fly got itself stuck in there, and was trying to get out.. So I cut off the plastic, and the fly took off. ^_^

So I did finally end up e-mailing Sarah last night. I wasn't harsh, or demeaning, or calling her childish, I just asked her a bunch of questions. Here is what I wrote to her...

E-mail )

Thus far, there's been no response. Arg.

Will not kill my sister. Repeat. Will not kill my sister.

I'm going to kill my sister.

Mon, Dec. 13th, 2004, 12:55 pm

It's been pretty quiet around here... Came home yesterday from work, Mom is completely stressed out over this validation stuff. My sister is being a bitch - "I do not want to go into any church that completely destroyed everything I believed in after the divorce. This means that I will NOT be going to the validation because I will not step foot into a church that has weakened my relationship with God instead of streghthening it." In essance, blaming everything that has ever gone wrong in her life on the divorce.

It gets better. Now my mom is flaming pissed off because they had waited until now to do the validation so that Sarah could be home. The original idea was that Mom and Chris would get married on Chris' parents anniversery (Aug 21), and the validation would be on Sept 23, which is Mom' parents anniversery. Well, since Sarah was all like, I'll be there, they pushed it back till when she would be home. And now she won't come. The even better part of all this is, is that our Father has prostate cancer, and this is his last week of radiation therepy, so this is going to be hard on him too.

*sigh* And she also doesn't want to spend any other day at our house except for Christmas Eve, which is when we're doing presents. So the deal now that Chris is going to tell her is that if she doesn't go to the validation out of respect for him, then she will not be here on X-mas eve, or ever again. Yay. Drama in the family. I mean, c'mon.

More later, I've gotta get stuff done and be on the bus at 2. Please, Lord, let me not kill my sister.

Okay, everyone here knows what an iPod is, right? There's this wonderful site, www.freeiPods.com that will ship you a free iPod.

Well, the way it works is you sign up for the program and then complete one free/cheap trial offer from some sponsor- Most of them are easy and cheap, like a blockbuster 2-week trial or creating an Ebay account. Then you get 5 of your friends to do the same using a referral link After your 5 friends complete their offers, your iPod is sent to you..

Here's an article on it, it really is true. ( http://www.wired.com/news/mac/0,2125,64614,00.html ).

I'm giving it a shot. I'd love to have one. :-) Use this link: http://www.freeiPods.com/?r=12913282

I'm sending out a plea to at least 5 people to help me get one. And if you do it right, you can get one too! ^_^

I Am

Which tarot card are you?

Spiritual enlightenment, inner illumination, hidden power. Link between seen and unseen. Balance of positive and negative forces. Receptivity. Unseen guidance.
A young woman sits on a throne holding a scroll labeled "Tora" meaning "law." On her breast is the sign of the meeting of heaven and earth, the Maltese cross. Her crown is the full orb supported by horns, the crown ofthe Mother Goddess Isis, who rules all things changeable, shown by the moon at her feet. Her power, upon which her throne rests, derives from the creative principle of duality, shown by the two pillars of light and darkness. To those who know and love her she dispenses the sweet fruit of the world itself, symbolized by the pomegranites.

Stole from Benson. So very true.

Dear President Bush,

Thank you for doing so much to educate people regarding God's law. I have learned a great deal from you and try to share that knowledge with as many people as I can. When someone tries to defend the homosexual lifestyle, for example, I simply remind them that Leviticus 18:22 clearly states it to be an abomination.

I do need some advice from you, however, regarding some other elements of God's Laws and how to follow them:

1. Leviticus 25:44 states that I may possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not to Canadians.

Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?

2. If I wanted to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7, in this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?

3. I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of menstrual uncleanliness (Lev. 15:19-24). The problem is, how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.

4. When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord (Lev. 1:9). The problem is my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?

5. I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2 clearly states that he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself, or should I ask the police to do it?

6. A friend of mine feels that, even though eating shellfish is an abomination (Lev. 11:10), it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don't agree. Can you settle this? Are there "degrees" of abomination?

7. Lev. 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle-room here?

8. Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev. 19:27. How should they die?

9. I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?

10. My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev. 19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them (Lev. 24:10-16)? Couldn't we just burn them to death at a private family affair, like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws (Lev. 20:14)?

I know you have studied these things extensively and thus enjoy considerable expertise in such matters, so I am confident you can help.

Thank you again for reminding us that God's word is eternal and unchanging

Christine, give your plant lots of TLC. If one part is still alive, it should come back, perhaps slowly, but it should. TLC always works. ^_^

Have a gooooood day everyone.
