blinkie__land to your friends list to request. Each person is allowed 1 blinkie or glitter name per week, unless stated otherwise. (NOTE: we do not do banners/icons.)

2. Make a new friends only post when requesting. We will ignore any requests made in comments.

3. Save your finished blinkie/glitter name to your own server; we delete pick-up posts, so there is no point in direct-linking it from us. Comment to let us know that you have picked it up; it's a small thing to ask.

4. Please post an example of the blinkie that you want (exception for glitters). We don't want to take time making something that you might not like! If you have a long name (over 8 letters), please try to find a blinkie with the same (or close to the same) amount of letters/spaces.

5. Credit MUST be given to the community with a button (we have lots to choose from!) or text link in your user info. Hover credits are fine, as long as they hover over an actual link. If you request an original, the original maker has to be credited as well.

6. Do not direct link anything to or from here. If you need a place to put your pictures online, try Photobucket.

7. You must include the magic phrase/password "Secret Promises" in your post somewhere to show that you have read these rules.

8. Be courteous to all members and makers (whether they make blinkies here or somewhere else). This includes asking for your blinkie to be made faster, taking things out of the makers' journals without permission, starting fights in the community, etc. Rudeness will not be tolerated.

9. For fuck's sake, DO NOT CROSSPOST!!! It is a waste of our time to make you something that you are going to get from somewhere else!!!

10. New creations: If you want to request something that you have thought up or have not seen already, be specific with details. If you want specific graphics, try to provide us with them.

We are not to be held responsible for originals unknown to either of us being edited and remade here. Outside makers are welcome to join and check our gallery for their originals possibly being in there. If so, drop an email to DreamMaiden and it will be removed. We add what is brought to us to be made, so... *shrug* we're sorry if it was yours. We do respect originals and their makers though.
