While my hosting company seemes to still be having problems I have set up a new ftp space for you to download the discs from (as well as to upload if you take the notion to (I like getting hooked up with mp3's as well;-) ) If you do not have / cannot find a copy of "Unshattered" you will be happy again once you check out the FTP link at Nada414.com please note: The files are being uploaded as I post this,only a show from the Dust tour has finished. greetings, everyone. gosh, i'm sure glad that i'm not the only one with a nagging peter murphy obsession. i discovered peter via bauhaus lp's that belonged to a much older friend when i was, oh, maybe in third or fourth grade. hearing "all we ever wanted was everything" at the age of nine, is, well, pretty heady stuff... but then in junior high i became a devoted fan and follower of mr murphy (and indeed of danny ash - david j and kevin too in their various band incarnations)... however, fate didn't bring me to one of his concerts until 2002 and since then i've been a walking murphy zombie. i swear that i listened ONLY to peter murhpy for something like ten months after that concert. whew. i even dragged a friend (who was only 21 and completely unaware of what the words "peter murphy" really mean to me or any other fan) and she caught the bug too. i was so blissed out that i didn't mind getting my ribs crushed slightly as i was pressed against the safety rail in the center of the front row as hoardes of mad female fans crowded in behind me. it was, in a sense, spiritually transformative. has anyone else experienced this? |
