Wow, I was just noticing on itunes that k.d. lang's new cd is number 6 today of top albums downloaded. I still don't have it yet, I'm waiting for the release of Lisa Loeb's new one and then get them all in one sweep. Everyone should go out and get Charlotte Martin's new one On Your Shore coming August 10th, do it for my friend Erin! |

Anybody here using Illustrator CS? and can they tell me why does type look really harsh and yes antialias is on. To prove my point here is the same font at the same pt size one is in Illustrator 8.0 and the other the new Illustrator CS.
Isn't that gross? |

I don't want a kiss from no alien lips was something I said while I was watching Starman on SciFi cause he kissed a girl and I thought how freaky it would be to be kissed from an alien and I thought it would be a good lyric for a song. The cupid with a mustache is something I've had in my head for a while.
This would look good with more detail in illustrator I think. |

This Christmas was really fun. I think cause just not having the pressure of work and everything cause usually it's like a whole week of rushing work to have a few days off. We didn't do the dirty santa gifts this year and I totally missed that, it's not as fun just giving a gift. Me, Josh, Paige and her husband and kids had decided to take the gingerbread house outside to smash it cause we're crazy like that but then I came up with this game where you put on a blind fold and had a stick and we were on a concrete slab that used to be a building and there was lawn furniture and anyways we counted to 60 and you had to feel around and hit with the stick until you hit the gingerbread house, and we'd hide it in a different spot after the last persons turn, it was hilarious and it took forever before somebody finally got it, hehee. |

| | Pet Shop Boys - Nightlife | ] | So my depression has turned into this monster of anxiety. I've been this way before. The cycle is like so the same as my last really bad 96-97 depression. This is the 2002-2003 version only this time I'm like ok remember this happened last time so like just go through the motions and just try not to let it upset you too much and you can get through this. Right now my monster is sleeping shhhh don't wake it up. I haven't been very good at getting my sewing work done lately so I've been blackmailing Josh into doing some of it for me while I work on patterns for our clothing business cause it's just easier if I can get up and move around. I'm quiting that job or atleast slowing down cause I don't need it anymore, screw it. I have to go through all the Post Script Windows fonts wich nobody uses anyways and regenerate them for myfonts.com oh fun, this is what I need right now, blech. Please don't turn on the news I can't watch it anymore.
I'm ignoring people cause I haven't got the energy to even make an effort. |

Swing Out Sister mix cds for Jimmy and Colleen packaged and ready to go out tommorow and something else sent yesterday, hee.
MY SUPER CHUNKY HUMMUS
Can of Garbanzo's
Half a Jar of Pimentos
Small can of black olives
2 TBLSP of Peanut Butter
1 TBLSP of Olive Oil or Sesame Seed Oil
Garlic
Juice of 1 Lemon
Shake of Red Pepper
Shake of Parsely and Cilantro
Big Shake of Paprika
Salt
1 Tsp of sugar
Throw it all in a bowl and smash it with a potatoe masher till it's all good and chunky like salsa! Eat with whole wheat crackers. I'm thinking this would be good with like toasted sesame seeds sprinkled in it.
Everyone adore Christina Aguilera's new video for Beautiful, two gay guys kissing, a drag queen putting on his makeup = something to counter balance all that eminem they've been playing! hehe |

I watched this great docu on Mike Mills on the Sundance Channel last night. We have a lot in common with our ideas, like how his perspective is mostly female. Did you know he only worked on graphic design for two years and that's how most people know him? I loved his short film, THE ARCHITECTURE OF REASSURANCE.
Milan has the travelling art journal and he wont give it to the next person!

If your a man of your word like you say, then just stick it in the envelope and mail the thing already! If not I'll just start over and leave you out of it.
