2005.
It's not a prime number. It's not even.
But it's divisible by 5.

A nice person with a pumpkin basket gave me a lollipop at lunch today.
And then it rained lots of water. With much thunder and lightning.

I don't feel like doing my work. Weekends seem to be shrinking. Ah well, I guess I'm just tired.
In other news, there is no other news. I've been bored.

On the Writing of this Journal |
[15 Sep 2004|02:07am] |
It has been suggested to me quite the multitude of times that my writing here is a bit wordy, obtuse even. After giving this little to no thought, I came to the conclusion that the reader is getting off easy. For example, maybe you can read this:
ἐγὼ κακακεφαλὴ εἰμί.
And, I know some of you can read this:
わたしのせんこうはこてんです。
However, can any of you read both?

Someone made the best misremembrance (it's a word, I swear) today. Trying to remember my name someone said, "It's Merlin, right?" To which I repsonded, "Well, Merlin is a mage, but I'm not Merlin"

Of course, the day after I mention that I wrote here for a bunch of days in a row, I don't make an entry. Yes, I did not update yesterday. I think we both know that was done on purpose. Whether it had a purpose is up for debate.
Oh, and by "both," I mean both you, the reader, and me, Mage.
Cheers!

Well, look at that. I've written here for a few days straight. It's almost like a comeback. If anything, I'll attribute it to this. You may be thinking, "But that's the second post that was recently done in a row; there was one before that!" But I must attribute it to that picture. Not only is the picture wonderful, but it made me post two days in a row. That is spurring me on.
Hey, at least one thing hasn't changed. My entries are still about absolutely nothing.

Inspection 12 - Hear Anything? |
] |
Contrary to popular belief (replacing "popular" with "minority"), I'm sitting at my computer. That's right, I write this with the aid of a mouse and keyboard! These computers are wondrous devices. In fact, in the 1980s there were computers. Same as the '70s. My point is that I'm tired and want to sleep. But penguins are, in fact, found in Africa. Their wonderfully descriptive name does not belie that fact. But all one needs is Good Hope to find them.
Do you like when memes basically tell you you're not cool enough to have it work? It tells me I shouldn't participate in the spreading of memes.
That's all for today, class. Pick up the lecture notes at the front of the room.

Well, I broke down and bought myself a new toy. Wheee! Well, anyway, if you're reading this you probably are somewhat aware of my drawing ability. If you need a refresher, well then take one. Well, we shall see the fun things I can create with it. I anxiously await it's arrival on Friday.
In other news, I'm trying to teach myself PHP. Will it work? Tune in next time: same time, same place!
Haha, "same time." Because I update the journal regularly. I do.

Wow, I'm glad someone told me that it was Bastille Day. I didn't even know it was the 14th. I've been so out of touch. Well happy anniversary to my journal. Such a long, boring time.
Stats time.
264 entries. That's only 20 more than last year. 20 more! Anyway, despite the lack of entries it's been about 1 every 4 days in the three years. The first year it was 1 every 2, then it was 1 every 3. I think we know where this is going.
It's still about two comments per entry. And I've posted about twice that many comments which is a little less than 1 comment per day I've had this journal.
